I believe the Catholic church over the years has found, and hidden many writings, scrolls, parchments ect. That might not follow the churchs values of what they believe is true now.

I believe that these items if released would change how the church would be today, and for years to come.

What do you believe?

Seriously, where in the Bible does it say to worship Mary? She's just a person, not a goddess.

For those of you who want to see the troops come home...wear a black bandana on your arm and don't talk on october 19th. It's just a simple way to make things better...

If you are one of these people , why do you think God hid the True Church from us? Doesn't it make more sense that the Church was never hidden and that the Catholic Church is the original Christian Church founded by Christ and the Apostles?

, have placed such great emphasis on the word "Rememberance", why is this?

Could it be that this one word "Rememberance", is what will bring "True Peace" into the life of one that has taken human form?

These verses make it sound like there are several gods:

Genesis 1:26
And God said, let us make man in our image.

Genesis 3:22
And the Lord God said, Behold, then man is become as one of us, to know good and evil.

If there is only one god, what is going on here?

Some people believe that an endless torture chamber is OK, that we deserve it if we do not believe in a particular brand of God.
My question is for you to answer this question

in revelation is written that 2 saints will be sent on the earth and will give prophecy along 3 years ..and they will be killed iin the streets and the people will be happy because they won't like the saints at all..and what they say...but they will resurect and the people will be scared ...so the world won't evolve too much if they will kill the saints ..even at the end of times...as they did at the begining..so what do you think..?

Alright so what if you are agnostic and hypothetically(for the non- christians of course) you actually get ressurected by God and are at judgement day, would he still punish you if you genuinely didnt know whether to believe the christian way of life despite there not been truly adequate evidence of its validity?? Also, wouldnt it be a sin if you just followed the ways of God only because you feel like its a safer option?(If he's real, then am safe if not then oh well type thing) To me, that's not complete faith and am not sure but I think there's a quote in the bible about that as well. What are your thoughts on this?

Thanks to secular media and governmental insitutions, not many people are aware of the final (and possibly the greatest) contribution to the world by the man who appeared to have a special connection to divine wisdom and revelation. Interestingly, Albert Einstein remarked that "God does not play dice" (probably a cryptic 20th century reminder of Newton's prophecy).

I believe the word "end" in Newton's prophecy doesn't mean a literal end of the world, but rather the end of the world as we know it. The end of any illusions we may have about the world, who we are, why we are here and who brought us here. Don't you find it remarkable that this fits in with the current intuition of our times (that we are in the last days)?

Some people may object by saying that the Bible said "no man knows the day or hour". But the Bible also says that man can tell the season. Apparently, Newton has told the world. But, for some reason, the world is either ignorant or not listening.

i am a STRAIGHT Christian, thank you, but have always wondered where it is in the bible saying that being gay is a sin.

note: i am not at all doubting that it's in there. i just don't know where to find it!!!!!!!

i love the arts, first of all. but i've noticed that there are a lot of gay men who flock to the performing arts. i've asked them, but most either don't know or don't care to know. i've also talked to my pastor and other Christians i know, but none have been able to show me anything.

PLEASE give me a verse!!!! i'd really appreciate it.

nor, fourthly, would any man in his sense think the existence of the watch, with its various machinery, acocunted for by being told that it was one out of possible combinations of material forms; that whatever he had found in the place where he found the watch, must ahve contained some internal configuration or other; and that this configuration might be the structure now exhibited, viz.,of the works of a watch, as well as a different structure.

PLEASE HELP!!!

WHAT DOES IT MEAN!!!!
