I believe the Catholic church over the years has found, and hidden many writings, scrolls, parchments ect. That might not follow the churchs values of what they believe is true now.
I believe that these items if released would change how the church would be today, and for years to come.
What do you believe?

I am sure there is a wealth of information in the Vatican Archives. No doubt about that.
I am speculating, but there is probably a lot of damning information about the Saints, historical personalities, and famous people. In the name of discretion, the Church has not divulged this information.
That being said, I seriously doubt that there is any information that would contradict the Church's teachings.

I'm curious, dear -- on what are you basing this belief? General folklore, word-of-mouth? I am Catholic, and well-read, and have heard nothing of this other than unfounded speculation (always by non-Catholics) with nothing to back it up. It would be quite helpful if you could cite a reliable and authoritative source or two. I do not believe it's credible.

I don't believe anything without some evidence . I trust the church about as much as I'd trust Jack the Ripper , but without some scrap of evidence , I won't comment on your question .

You can have any belief you want. It's more like a guess.
I can believe that you secretly know the Book of Mormon to be the Word of God but are too scared to tell your pastor.

i agree... i also believe they have added to and taken from scripture... why else would they have punished pp;e back in the day for havin the real BIBLE? it was because they feared being expsosed.. and they eventually were... but sadly, by that time, they had enough ppl brainwashed into their belif that they ahve been able to carry the religion out til today.
