I had studied almost all religions of the world, therefore i am not a traditional believer.
the problem is that maximum peoples(more than 90%) ,just knows one religion and believes on that religion because their parents were from that religion.

one is Christian because his parents were christians.
one is Muslims because his parents were Muslims.
one is Hindu because his parents were hindu
one is Jew because his parents were Jews.

And no one is ready to understand others religion.
But I am not of that type. i had studied Christianity,Judism, Islam,Hinduism, Buddism,Secularism,parsiasm,sikhism.............................
And then I had decided One religion for me (After checking all the proofs).
I am now a MUSLIM by my heart and Soul.

And the reason for being Muslim is that I had Checked Islam in all different ways. and compared it will different religions.
and when I had 100% satisfaction,Then i had accepted it

Christianity has a rich history which started with the jews at the beginning of time. The bible is filled with historical facts that Archaeologists use and has been proven very reliable. We have over 5000 documented ancient findings of scripture, many in different languages, all the same. WE have the dead sea scrolls to prove this also. The Vatican just bought 2 gospels dating 90 ad, the same as we have today. There is prophesies that has come to pass from the bible that proves it's reliability. Over 300 just for the man Jesus.

We have non christian evidence of Jesus from Tacitus and Josephus both historians. And a Governor named Pliny the Younger who all wrote about "Christos" and his followers the Christan's.

Archaeologists have found the tomb of Caiaphas who was the Pharisee that brought Jesus to trial.
Jesus WAS a real person who was an historical figure. Even well read Atheists KNOW this.

We have eye witnesses who had every thing to loose by claiming to be a follower of Jesus. Why? When Jesus was killed they scattered. Afraid. BUT when they saw he was resurrected they became bold. Why?
Since the bible is reliable, and Jesus WAS here you must decide.
Was he a nut? A liar, Or who he claimed to be.

For me, I personally have had MANY supernatural experienced with God/ Jesus. So many in fact I started keeping a journal.
God is real, Jesus is The Christ and there is salvation in no other name.

First of all, seem at it this fashion. Buddhists and different religions are serving non-residing gods. Christianity is the one faith with a real and residing God. As for discerning among JW's, Methodists, Baptists, and so on...you are gonna ought to learn the Bible and assess that your self. John three:sixteen - For God so adored the arena that He gave his best begotten Son that whoever believes in Him is not going to perish, however as a substitute have everlasting lifestyles. Basement cat: How are you able to say all people is right? There isn't any such factor as absolute fact. How can one individual be correct and the opposite individual improper. When I say two+two is four. It's four! Just considering my five 12 months historical nephew says the reply is five does not make us each right! There needs to be a correct and improper reply!

Because I can't deny the proof that I have been given. I don't really have a religion, just what I believe. When God has proven to me over and over by His/her actions, I can't help but believe. I've played with angels, been out of body, got a peek at the beginning of heaven, had prayers instantly gratified, and those are just the topics off the top of my head. Obviously there is a long story behind each one, if you want to know e-mail me, otherwise, this is my cliff notes version.
may peace be with you

Because Jesus rose from the dead and left an empty tomb, so I have to be a Christian. Otherwise, I'll go to hell when I die and suffer for eternity.

It's not like I really WANT to be a Christian. God just happens to be an evil megalomaniac with gnarly powers to send people to hell because they don't accept the evidence of the empty tomb that Jesus left behind. If it wasn't an historical fact, then I could finally ditch this stupid religion, get a law passed to ban it, and make it to where it's never heard from again. Then I could get away with stuff like mass orgies, smoking weed, and voting for Democrats without worrying about divine punishment.

But as it stands, I have to be a Christian. Yeah, it sucks, but I can't fight God because he has the awesome hell-sending powers and I don't. It's not like I can send Him to hell instead, lucky bastard. I wish the empty tomb didn't exist, but it does, so I have to accept Jesus, be a Christian, and believe and do things I don't really want to.

When I was 8 years old I heard a voice inside my heart telling me I needed to be saved. The Holy Spirit actually spoke to me. Thats why I know Christianity is the only true way to Heaven, The bible backed up what was going on in my life, at the time I knew nothing about the Bible, but over the years as I have studied it I can tell you it is the truth. Jesus came and died on a cross for you and me 2000 years ago. Our sins needed washing away and Jesus did it on the cross at calvery, he was a perfect sacrifice. John 3:16 says it all, For so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life, Jesus spoke to my heart at an early age to save my soul from hell, I praise him for that. Have you ever been saved, or born again as Jesus said in John 3:3, Jesus is the only way to Heaven, with his death at calvery your sins are forgiven if you ask him to forgive you. You can be saved right now, just say this sinners Prayer believing, Dear Jesus, I know and confess that I am sinner in need of salvation. I believe you died on a cross at calvery and arose from the grave to wash away my sins, I ask you right now to come into my heart and save me, I pray this Prayer believing in the name of Jesus Amen. If you prayed this prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of God, rejoice that your name is written in the Lambs book of Life. If you have any questions just send me an email, God Bless YOU!!

I would say that I believe in GOD because if we can see the natural designs around us.Example, the human body it is made up with so much detail.Medical science still cant ex plane how it all works in every way.A leaf from a tree can not be duplicated by scientist without using its raw material.WE see so much order in the universe,so who puts that in order.Everything comes from something. You come from your parents and your parents come from there parents and so on.
Once, a great artist invited his friend who was an atheist to come over his house to see a fantastic model he created of the universe. He showed it to his atheist friend who was very impressed with his model. He asked who built this model. The artist replied,no one it just happened by chance. The atheist replied impossible so much order so much design who built this. The artist replied that just like this model that you insist that there is a designer so similarly why isn't there a designer for this universe that is full of design and order

Because it makes sense. But it's not a religion. Humanism is a philosophy of life inspired by humanity and guided by reason. It provides the basis for a fulfilling and ethical life without religion.

Humanists make sense of the world using reason, experience and shared human values.
Humanists see no convincing evidence for gods, the supernatural, or life after death.
Humanists believe that moral values are properly founded on human empathy and scientific understanding.
Humanists believe we must live this life on the basis that it is the only life we'll have -- that, therefore, we must make the most of it for ourselves, each other, and our world.
Humanist philosophies have arisen separately in many different cultures over many thousands of years. Whether or not they use the term humanism, tens of millions of Americans and hundreds of millions of people around the world agree with the humanist philosophy of living a happy and productive life based on reason and compassion.

I believe in atheism for 3 reasons:

1. There is not a lick of evidence that suggests Jesus or god exists or ever did exist (bible is NOT evidence)

2. The Bible is the only basis for the belief in god

3. Out of the hundreds of thousands of gods ever made up by man, the probability that I would pick the right one is extremely slim and not even worth trying. The Christian god is no more realistic than the sun god of the native American tribes. They are all equally imaginary.
