Yea yea i know you guys missed me , ive been laughing my @ss off watching, the atheists and christians go at it.But you know i got to thinking about this.it is really sad that the only thing people seem to agree on is that they hate one anothers belifes.or lack there of.anyways if all you people would stop arguing for a minute,and try to come to an understanding.Maybe youd find out we arent all so diffrent.My question is this,has desperation or righousness lead you to argue?

Is the believer able to know who the non believer is as to the bible?

Why haven't people began to think for themselves? Many religions in our world today are just replicas of past religions. Religions are just a useful tool for politicians. So why do people STILL, even after ALL of their religions can be proven wrong, believe in these greater beings, creators, etc.?

If only God Almighty is Perfect and Sinless, and human beings are all sinners, who is Christ Jesus? Can any prophet claim to be sinless? Has any prophet claimed to be perfect? The entire bible teaches us that only God Himself is perfect. Is the bible in error? Or, is Christ Jesus who He claimed to be? I personally do not believe any human being can be sinless. This is only an attribute given to God Almighty. Christ Jesus was and is sinless, therefore I conclude He is God.

I find myself in a serious situation and have told many of my chirstian friends (many of them in a situation where they could help me , as I am days away from not being able to pay my rent and there will be on the street in a matter of time, and yes I do have a job but I don't get paid enough). Everyone I talk to says "I'll pray for you" but offer no help. I know that God works through people and doesn't through money or rent checks from the sky so if my fellow christians won't hellp, who will?

First, let us consider Thomas. He did not believe in Jesus' Resurrection UNTIL HE WAS GIVEN CONCRETE PROOF Then he believed. For us it is impossible to have concrete proof. The body is long gone. Perhaps Jesus was referring to us who followed when He said, “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe.”

My boyfriend and i have been toghether awhile now. I really care about him and i know that he likes me and wants to lose his virginity to me. He knows how i feel and i think tries to be patient but he gest so frustrated sometimes. It makes me feel soooo bad however, I realize i am just not ready to be having sex. I always wanted my first time to be once i was married.. Also i can't get over the fact that pregnancy is always possible no matter how protected you think you are.
Somehow he doesn't seem to realize that this is a VERY real risk. I like him and I want him. I also want him to be happy but morally i don't feel like its the right thing to do. I also don't feel emotionally prepared but am scared i'm going to lose it to him anyway.

ps- i'm a christian and he's not and i feel this has really been harmful to me especially. although i like him soooo much and don't want to break things off with him. =(

Why do Christians teach thier kids the FACTS of creationism, when the only refference they have is the Bible? Why do Christians put their faith in the works of Man? Why can't Christians understand that the Bible is nothing but 'Chinese Whispers' from stories told over 150-200 years after the fact?
Why can't you be a believer in God, without the Bible?
how can you teach myth to your kids, as truth?

The original word meant "little Christ." So in otherwords, it means that a life looks like Christ, acts life Christ, and does things like Christ. Many of the people who were originally called "Christians" were working miracles.

People today that use that name do not fit the criteria, so what do you think?

My personal opinion is that most of us are not even closet to fitting the criteria to carry that name, including myself, though I am a follower of Christ.

What's your opinion?

Is that really their "spirit" in pain, why does it really ache in the area of the heart, anatomically speaking? Does your spirit reside in your heart do you think? By that I mean your "human" spirit, life force, etc, you get the idea. (I do not practice any religion.)

My '91Dodge Ram Van front brakes, brake lights and battery? I am on disability and can't pay much, but I will pay what I can to you. The engine blew a rod in my daughters car, so now we have no transportation. I have my van but need someone to come over. No I can't take it anywhere, I don't have that kind of money for towing let alone have a repair business fix it :( I live in Danville, Illinois. Can someone please help me?

How would you feel about a novel whose main character was the Devil (or Lucifer, Hades, etc.), if it turned out that he had been GOOD and MISUNDERSTOOD all these years?

What if we discovered in the book that he had always been good, but because of extenuating circumstances (revealed in the plot of the book) had been mistaken by humanity as being evil?

Would you feel sympathetic toward this version of Lucifer and toward the book, or would you not like it? And if so, why not?
