Are you now being faced with either choosing God's wisdom or persisting in rebellious independence? The problems which you may have created for yourself has the potential to destroy you. Don't ignore God's advice even if it is painful for the present. It will keep you from greater pain in the future.

With 1/6 of the modern world under the control and domination of the Muslim faith, the Church must develop a strategy for penetrating this rigid and cloistered section of the world.

What approach would you make to reaching the Muslim world?

I called you so often, but you wouldn't come.
I reached out to you, but you paid no attention.
You ignored my advice and rejected the correction I offered.

When they cry for help, I will not answer.
Though they anxiously search for me, they will not find me.
For they hated knowledge
and chose not to fear the Lord.
They rejected my advice
and paid no attention when I corrected them.
Therefore, they must eat the bitter fruit of living their own way,
choking on their own schemes.
Part of Proverbs chapter 1

Today is the accepted time, today is the day of salvation.

Witnessing is actually the hardest thing for a believer to do. Many folks have stated feeling quite awkward that they might be rejected, and mocked.

Do you not witness out of fear of being scorned?

The line to be crossed seems to be pretty fine yet, somehow undisputable. If you personally don't believe it you call it mythology and if you do its theology ,but what marks the conventional rulings of which is which? Is to be a theologian also to be a mythologian and vice verse or does the ruling outweigh perspective and beliefe to somehow be a concrete decision?

Why was the lamb (or kid) chosen for the sacrifice and not, say...a chicken, a turkey, or a cow? I'm talking practical Old Testament here, not about Jesus.

From everything I've been taught, Christ seems like a peaceful, forgiving, apolitical man. Others may have been taught differently, but it seems as if this is the prevailing opinion.

What do you think Christ would say to Pat Robertson, following his remarks on Hugo Chavez?

This is also obviously nothing more than speculation, let's get this straight right now.

It was unwise to say that, but I forgive you.
Let he who is perfect cast the first stone.
Read your Scriptures, 'holy' man.
Pride goeth before the fall.
You do not speak for Me
Bend over
"I've been dead for over 2000 years"
Maybe you should distance yourself from me
"Can you believe so many people believe this stuff
I forgive you, go and sin no more
"Get a grip, pink boy!"
Thanks for overturning the money tables
Damn man, you're so cool!
He would be laughing so hard at Pat, he wouldn't be able to speak.
Knock knock...

i mean, he had the child (jesus) just to have him sacrificed, he "created" him to make him suffer. It is not that jesus was living with him in heaven and he decided to sacrifice him out of love for humanity, he made a plan and then he used mary to deliver his creation who will end up in a cross...
So why do christians say god gave christ to die for our sins, the truth is he created jesus for the purpose of die as a sacrifice

i just read a question that was wondering if he could exorcize the spirit of Jesus out of his sister. you know hes only asking it to ruffle feathers. and there are countless other answers that are as subtle as a kick in the face. why? those kinds of answers dont make anyone feel better. so why say them?

you cant base everything in life in evidence and science. where is the evidence that people have a right to freedom? where is the evidence of justice? take the entire unirverse apart down to its basic atoms and show me the elements that make up democracy? not everything can be based on science and 'evidence' somethings have to come from human emotion if people lose the ability to have faith and hope then why would they be able to concieve the things that really matter

get angry at christians for preaching at them??

the most common law among neo-pagans is "and it harm none, do what thou wilt"

yet when a christian decides to do what they wilt and preach at us, we get angry.

i myself welcome my faith being questioned, as it strengthens my faith.

what are some of the ways you think we should start handling christian prosyltizing without being hostile

What are some things you associate with Christians? For example, you know a Christian because they go to church, or they have a bible in their back car window. I want to know how do you know a Christian when you see them. i.e. they may wear a shirt or they have blessed on their vanity plates. Let me know cuz i am doing a survey and would love your thoughts.

If Christians are so dumb, or fooled, or full of it or whatever, why do non-believers even take time to answer our questions or pay attention to what we write or say?
