No, the Oujia board cannot...it makes good kindling for the fireplace though.
Spirits can absolutely break up couples...Whiskey, Scotch, Wine, Beer....etc. It has brought down more relationships than BO or farts.

Theoretically yes. A Ouija board can open a gateway which can invite spirits which can potentially be "dark" into the environment that it was used in. Dark spirits can cause a negative energy.
