Exactly what logical scientific evidence is there that God doesn't exist? Don't just say, "The same reason the Tooth Fairy doesn't exist" I would like to know exactly what evidence is there. Please no links, just from your own words.

"E" recently asked a question about salvation. Many people answered saying that those who couldn't make decisions like children and the mentally ill would nevertheless get into heaven. But my Catholic friends tell me this is wrong, that unless you are baptized, you're condemned to limbo as a child or to hell if you can make a decision. What does your religion tell you?

Hello, I'm a Nihilistic Atheist that has carried around with him a question ever since he could remember.

I was first raised as a Christian by my family (I live in the USA, not that it has anything to do with it) and now have broken away from that particular religion. One day I decided to look around myself without using any sort of aid, no Bible, no Kuran, or any other scripture that governs life. What I saw was the real world, as it is meant to be seen.

How do you as a person justify your religion? I'm mainly directing this question toward the countless Christians of the world, but I'm curious about others as well.

The answer I want is not that "because I wish to serve God" or "it brings me happiness" or even "because I want to go to Heaven".

I am wondering why you believe you should lead your life by what a book says and not even bother to question it. And furthermore, I would like to state that I believe Hell is merely Christian tool to gain followers, dating back many years.

The first kind are the ones that bend the fact around the faith. Christianity is and example, either they try to refute science or bend it to fit the bible.

The second kind is one that bends the faith around the fact. Buddhism is an example, the Dalai Lama says that if Buddhism and science conflict, go with science.

There are seven national religious organizations in China. They are the Buddhist Association of China, China Taoist Association, Islamic Association of China, Patriotic Association of the Catholic Church in China, Chinese Catholic Bishops College, the Three-Self Patriotic Movement Committee of the Protestant Churches of China and the China Christian Council. All the religious organizations elect leaders and leading bodies according to their own articles of association.

Religious Believers Three Times Higher than Estimate

The number of Chinese people who describe themselves as being religious is a remarkable three times higher than the official estimate. This came to light in the country's first major survey of religious beliefs.

~* I ask not that you share what you are not comfortable, only that which you do*~

Would you share a favorite spell with me, for my personal use from you, my friends?

I feel that you are all a part of my journey as a solitary isolated sister.

And to have something from all of you would indeed be precious to me....

And if other guys think you are hot and you are married... well let it go to your head that you are hot and hubby better appreciate it. Likewise Hubbie should be thinking...

I have the fit bird nananna na You can look but I can touch (and then some) na nanan na guys.

Plus in a proper realtionship you should be best mates who hurt to be apart and happy as anything to be together so who cares abot others.

but with a face you have a identity, you are a person with a name different to others.

in a burka/najab you are nothing. not human and not differente to all the others with no face.

Also why can guys have a face and western clothes and a name and an identity

I've long considered myself a pantheist, and recently have been drawn by some of the ideas of Wicca. It seems to make a lot of sense to me, as long as I view 'magic' as a power that humans exert, that expresses itself within the laws of physics.

But is this a correct Wiccan view of magic? Is magic supposed to work within nature as we see it, or do Wiccans see magic as a force operating outside of our normal view of the world?

I have a hard time believing in things like moving objects with my mind. Is that the sort of thing a Wiccan considers magic?

Catholics say do not eat meat on Fridays, and in some other religion they consider the cow sacred. Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe in blood transfusions, Scientologists say that psychiatrists and psychiatry are evil. I knew one guy who was Jewish and he told me his religion did not allow him to eat meat with cheese. Catholics do not believe in divorce but I heard Protestants or Lutherans allow it. And many religions do not believe in sex before marriage.

Many men believe in a supreme being who he calls god. The supreme being may be more than one, like the Hindus. But of all these gods, there must be only one true God and all the others are false gods. How then can he determine whether the god he believes in and worships is the true God or a false god? What are the attributes of god that man considers as those a true God should possess?

Are we just contented to believe in a god because this is the god that was introduced to us by our parents? Or do we just believe that all these gods are one and the same?

Your view on the matter is most welcome.

I think the world is blind by all the amazing things that happens in the world (nature), but yet its been happening for so long, to people think of it as normal. But if you just stop and look at the way nature is, don't you believe its magic. Because how can a big watermelon grow from a little tiny seed, how can another life creature come out of a creature thats nothing but bones and guts. How is humans able to be alive, when we are nothing but guts and stuff, no nothing but guts

Not all Christians are like that, and we're not supposed to be. We're not supposed to judge, hate, or wish for people to die, true Christians don't act like that, and never should.

And to all the other people that may be reading this:

Please don't take any of this the wrong way beacuse I'm not some Christian extremist trying to shove Christianity down your throat. I'm just asking you to not group us all together as snoody brats who hate every other religion.

Ape or not, i enjoy going to Mass every Sunday. I makes me feel closer to some higher power that i cannot possibly describe. Is that just dribble from an old ape creeping around with his gout. Just a habit? Helps my feelings somehow. Still, i know i am so close and kin to our jungle cousins. I am here with you on the planet of the apes. God bless you.

...Let us show where we've been....
...Let us tell you what we mean...
...It´s you and me we've seen...

In the deep blue sky,
There were rainbows in the night,
You and me could fly,
And the ocean shined so bright.

Will you come into our dream?

Like wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miraculous powers, prophecy, distinguishing spirits, speaking tongues, interpretation of tongues, and is there any others.ANSWER with respect I ASK for i know that some un believers will answer this.I believe in them and understand that we do not always see them because we know Jesus will and that takes more than just reading the bible we must spend time alone with him and talk and listen to him this takes time because God wants us to spend time alone with and there are certian changes we must undergo before we recieve gifts and those changes need to happen so that we are able to use them wisely and when God wants us to for not everyone who does good works will go to heaven read matthew5:12matthew7:21-23

I will soon be converting (or actually reverting) to Islam. My mother disapproves of the entire idea, and she tells me that if do this, I have to keep it secret from the rest of the family because it will upset them (due to their strong Christian backgrounds). However, this bothers me a lot because I never want to deny who I am -- not even for the sake of others.

What can I do? How should I handle this situation?
