What is the question? You need to speak God? just do it. God's word tells that His ear is not heavy that He cannot hear no is His arm short that He cannot save [answer].

All you need to do is take the time to talk with Him. Most people prefer a quiet place, but anywhere is okay as long as you devote the time and effort into getting to know Him and submitting to His Will.
Talk to Him like a friend and a Father. Respect His direction for your life and thank Him for all that He has done for you, seen and unseen. Speak from your heart, tell the truth (He knows what you have done and what is truly in your heart). You will find that prayer becomes easier the more that you do it, and there is no set way to pray, so do what is most comfortable for you.

I would say~~ Go and find yourself a nice quiet place and sit down, then meditate on whatever it is you wish to talk to your God about, then "speak" to your God....
