I am very interested in the Native American history and culture. I have read up alot on it. I am saddened by what happened to the Native Americans when the white settlers came to America.

I am most fascinated with Spirit Guides and Totems. I understand (correct me if I am wrong) that Native Americans believe that their Spirit Guides and Totems are animals.

I have bought alot of Vintage Native American Jewlery because I believe it holds a certain "spirituality" within it. While wearing the jewlery I have asked that my Spirit Guide be made known to me. A week later, I found a small silver dream catcher charm with a clear yellow stone bear in the center, and a single silver feather hanging down.

I left the charm in the lost and found where I work, and in two months no one had claimed it, so I have taken it. Could this "my answer"? Could the Bear be my Spirit Guide? or my Totem? Does the single feather mean anything?

You see, it seems that you all are looking for a good old verbal fight. Then you complain that we are shoving our Christian beliefs down your throat. Are you all looking for a fight? Or do you want to know more about Christ? The more you argue the more we preach. Why don't you all go to some other site or ask Yahoo to give you your Atheist site. For the ones who use Atheist Science, I suggest you to go to the Science site. I don’t think they will like you either. If you don’t want to be offended don’t come here, unless you want to convert. Some years back I made many trips from South Louisiana too South Michigan with my daughters. When we had a holiday from school, we were either on a road trip headed there or the beaches in Florida. One time coming through the mountains we saw a triple rainbow. The pictures that we took didn't even do them justice. They were so beautiful, and noticed there wre floresent colors in them too. The song, "How Great Thou Art"came to me, but even that song didn't discribe the beauty that they held.

Why are you infidels attacking the marriage of the sacred prophet and his most beloved Aisha? Muhammed was the perfect example of what is the man and the prophet so his behavior is for us to be emulating for all time until the end of days. He married his most beloved when she was five years of age but why is it that you infidels have a problem with this? Because you are debaucheries and you think the prophet had sex with her. Yet he was refraining until she was nine, which is "legal" by Islamic Law. Muslim girls reach puberty much faster than filthy gentile girls who flirt and postpone and are prostitutes. You who are the ones who are waiting until the womens of your dreams are twenty or thirty years of the age are getting the goods that are damaged. Nine years old has not been touched, and that is what we will get forty of in heaven, if Allah allows.

We have held rallies, made announcements, even held a march in Washington last year. Only CNN showed up, and that was very brief. They only shot a portion of the large crowd. It was pretty biased. They seem to go on about the terrorists in Iraq who, by the way, are also hurting the rest of us by bringing harm and shame to us. The Quran states suicide and killing innocent people sends you straight to hell. There is nothing about virgins in the Quran. Nothing at all, search yourself if you don't believe me. They are brainwashed by mullahs with an agenda, and most muslim women want to stop that. These mullahs view women and nonmuslims as property. Islam itself does not. Culture runs these countries, where suicide is considered honorable. It's not. It's cowardly. especially in a crowded market of mainly muslim women and children. We as muslims stand up and codemn it. Hear my voice, I am against terrorism!

He is simply trying to get a rise out of Christians. It seems like it's a big game to him. He tries to anger us and when we respond, he accuses us of hypocrisy. So, instead of responding to him, maybe we should just pray for him instead. Does anyone agree?

Jesus died for our sins is what I always hear. I need him in my heart to wash my sins away. Beautiful.

Jesus died, and went to Hell for a few days. In those days he obviously had the ability to beat Satan, once and for all.

If a person has the ability to beat Evil (and as we all know, Satan is pure evil), but chooses not to defeat Evil... Isn't that the biggest sin anybody could ever do?

And these days we celebrate that Jesus didn't defeat Satan? We are a weird bunch of people, really.

Ok, given the fact that I am on here very vocally speaking out against terrorism, and that most of my answers are from muslims agreeing with me, how is it that people are still saying that not a single one of us condemns the killing of innocent people. I condemn it, I know it's against Islam. I follow the Quran, not most hadiths due to corruption unless they match the Quran exactly. The verses talking about killing infidels are about self defense and peace treaties, and right after those verses are orders saying if the enemy fighting you stops, that you must also stop.

Are people on here just blind or willfully ignorant? Do they have selective sight? My muslim brothers and sisters, join me in condemning it. Let's show the ignorant ones.

I have been checking in with this forum (R&S) sporadically for the past 3 days. Each time I get on, I see about 5% of the page covered with miscellaneous questions, 20% with actual sincere questions about Christianity, and 75% of the page littered with people's "questions" that are solely created for the purpose of spreading hate, stirring up anger, and mocking believers of religions (particularly Christianity). This forum is supposed to be for people who have sincere questions about anything religious or spiritual. The vast majority of what I have seen is sophmoric taunting, belitteling, and hurtful "questions" and remarks. I would like to know why you people (you know who you are) do this. And don't say "It's because those damn Christians are so overbearing and critical, blah blah blah", because from what I have seen, it is YOU who are causing almost every bit of conflict on this page. Is it too much to ask for you all to give everyone else a little respect (Christian or not)?

I am sitting at home, behind the computer, just minding my own business.... reading this and that....
And Atheists sterotype us Christians as Bible Thumpers
and stuff our religion down in your throat.
I apologize for having the word "God" in everything...
Some of us didn't THINK about it.
I am sorry for offending you. I didn't put the word GOD in
the money.... I think it is stupid too, since Money is the
root of all evil anyway.
And plus I agree that School praying is crazy idea too...
And Evolution and Science never affect me... it just
gave me an idea of how the Earth was created....
Jesus was never against Science, because he befriended doctors and had herbs and treatment to cure the Sick.
And I don't know why Atheists hate on me. I didn't do anything.
And I do live a normal life. I just pray every night for 1 minute and pray over my food for one sec.
So 2 minutes of prayers out of 23 hours and 58 seconds, I just live a normal life....what else I have to do? Dictate me
