Buddhism is impervious to blasphemy, since it has nothing sacred to begin with.
Islam, on the other hand, is a veritable shooting gallery for blasphemers: say anything remotely derogatory or even ironic about Allah, Muhammad, or the Qu'ran, and with any luck you can get a fatwa declared against you.

The god of Islam is Allah. Buddhism worships no god. The thing about "hell" and all its equivalents, though, is that it only exists in the minds of the people who adhere to the particular theology that preaches it, as a means of mentally punishing the people who refuse to group-think with them. So you can't really go to hell unless you're a devout member of a hellfire religion...lol.
