I always hear atheists say that they dont like Christians because they put God in politics and attempt to ban abortion, stem cell research, gay marriage, ban evolution from schools, etc. But, atheists never asked my opinion on the matter and I doubt they asked any other Christians. None of these things have anything to do with my religion. I do not support stem cell research and abortion because of moral reasons, not religious. I think it is morally wrong, but I know there is nothing in the bible saying not to have an abortion or make stem cells. Can't I still be a conservative in the US, or did the militant atheists ban that party? I don't support evolution because I have not been convinced of it. And gay marriage, I don't hate that because God says so, I hate it because it is GROSSSSS! In fact, I am quite open-minded when two young ladies want to explore, so you can't call me a bigot. Why do atheists constantly generalize me and think I cannot make a moral decision on my own?
