Hinduism - too many to describe here, see wikipedia
Buddhism - no gods per se but some belief in spirits
Confucianism - The Order of heaven is a celestial ordering principle not a personal God
Daoism - The dao is an ordering principle not a personal God

Not sure what you mean by morality issues...

No Gods in Buddhism. The Buddha was ambiguous about the existence of Gods but he never suggested that belief in deities was necessary to attain enlightenment.

There are many deities in Hinduism.. Too many to list. There is a main god with many avatars too. There are no deities in the others however, the Chinese traditionally have many deities in their ancient mythology.

There are no omnipotent creator beings in Buddhism... however we do understand there are deities which are NOT omnipotent.
