ok this is really wierd for me but...i jsut realized when i count my full anme in my birth certificate...i have the numbers 777 on my name....my first name is kenneth =7
im not gonan say rest for idenetity reasons but yeah.....my name has 777 on it..what does it mean? it is gods number that what people say...but if it is why is it on me?

killing of the jews; the muslims; wars between themselves.... violence violence, death, and more violence....
but they talk about love and peace all the time....
the jews, and infact muslims havent had such a long violent history, neither have the other religions....

Anyone have any resources for spirit summoning or demonology? Really looking to summon an evil spirit of some sort. Or at least a really angry human spirit. I prefer a demon though. (And please, if you're one of the Wicca weirdos or someone warning me not to do it, don't reply. I know it's dangerous and don't care)

"The hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation." John 5:28, 29. "The wicked is reserved to the day of destruction." "Yet shall he be brought to the grave, and shall remain in the tomb." Job 21:30, 32.

The Bible is specific. Both the wicked and the righteous who have died are in their graves "sleeping" until the resurrection day.

If that was the case, why do so many Christian beileve when the wicked die, they go to hell when thier is no hell until The second coming Revelation 20: 7, 9, 14.

What if religion did not exsist? Would there be less wars as most are because of religous intolerance. Would their be depressed people as they have nothing to pray fo ror beleive in when things dont seem to be looking up? What are your thoughts on this?

My Grandfather died last May and there is a strange message recorded on my home phone message machine. He is saying hello to me. It is NOT an old recording of him, it is new. Anyone else have this happen???

Ok. So you really need to get to know our Father. He really is miraculous. In fact, if it weren't for God, i wouldn't be alive. I went through some....trials in my life and if God weren't burning in my heart, i would've killed myself providing that i had nothing to live for. And if you can't believe, despite your efforts of yourself and us (the missions group), your gonna have to develop faith. That's what this life is for. It's a test so that our Father can know that you love him to the extent that you can't love him anymore than you do. That's what this life revolves around: Faith. Try just talking to him first. It will feel empty, providing that you don't believe him, but over time, as you reveal your problems to him in prayer, you'll start ot know him, and trust him, and ultimatley: love him. He'll be there for you, even if you aren't there for him.

I've been witnessing all sorts of religious holidays over the last years. You know, those days when we all celebrate the birth of Jesus and His resurrection and his trip to Heaven, etc, etc. And I do remember reading about it in the Bible, but I can't find it anymore..

It's two verses, they must be something like this:

1. And thou shallt paint the eggs and hide them

2. And thou shallt buy a tree, decorate it and put presents under it.

Something like that. Please help me find them. Just verse and number is enough. Thanks in advance.

We have proof that dinosaurs exsisted and they were said to be the absolute rulers of the earth but how come they are not mentioned in the bible god never created them are christians supposed to believe in dinosaurs

People only knew about their specific part of the world, so when they had a bout bad flooding...in their view the "whole world" flooded.

Someone had a big boat. They, and maybe even others in their community, took some of their livestock aboard in order to preserve their livelihood and survival.

Here is my story to compare Christianity these days:
There is a kid, lets call him TJ, who nobody knows where he came from (created or evolved?) and he has been living from foster home to foster home (representing many generations). A story of his past has been passed to each foster home, if the story has been passed intact or if it had changed slightly after each home, is not known.

TJ has a father, but not a mother.

The father lives in a great place where he and his people never know any worries.

If TJ believes this story blindly, he will move w his father and be happy ever after, if not he will be sent to a really bad place, where he will starve and be eaten alive by a pack of hyenas or worse.

Father never sends anything to prove his existence: never sends a letter, birthday present, child support. However, TJ is always told that his father loves him immensely. When he does well in school or wins a sport, he is told because father helped him, underming his own efforts

Okay, this is going to seem like a very strange question, but I really don't know, so please help. My husband and I were marreid just 3 months ago, and he is now deployed to the persian Gulf. He has a personal laptop with him, and a webcam that he and I use to talk to eachother when he can. I am very careful with morality, and being a person of virtue and completely clean through Christ is very important to me. My husband and I waited until marriage for any kind of sexual relationship, and I am so incredibly glad that we did.

So, here is the question:

I know that pornography and masterbation are wrong, there is no doubt of that. I am sorry for asking this, but please understand my sincerity, I don't want to do something wrong. Is it still pornography if I...I am really sorry for asking this...but if I let my husband see me undressed, and touch myself with the webcam, it would be only him, no one else would ever see it, and it would be only to please him, not myself...
