Why does a dog have a big nose? It is all genetic..it is the heart that matters, not the nose.

I believe the standard answer to the riddle is: "Because air is free"

That's like asking why some arabs or some Africans do. It's just genetics and something that developed where they came from originally. Nothing to do with anything special, really.
