Somebody put a question up yesterday that 97.7% of criminals where atheists...this made me think and do same research.
Christianity has 2.1 billion followrs. Islam has 1.3 billion and there are 1.1 billion agmostics or atheists.
From some American Statistics I found 83.7% of prisoners where Christian and 7.2% where Muslim. 0.209% where atheists.
From English 68% Christian and 3% Muslim but 26% non-religous

Its hard to see but is believing in God such a good thing as alow of believers dont actually care what their God says.

Four Noble Truths (Sanskrit Catvari-Arya-Satyani), the four fundamental principles of Buddhism, expounded by the Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, after his enlightenment in the 6th century bc. The first truth is the Holy Truth of Suffering: All existence is suffering (dukkha). The second is the Holy Truth of the Cause of Suffering: The cause (samudaya) of suffering is ignorant craving (tanha) for pleasure, striving for life, and the assumption that everything ends at death. The third truth is the Holy Truth of the Cessation of Suffering: Suffering can cease (nirodha) by withdrawal from and renunciation of craving. The fourth truth is the Holy Truth of the Way to the Cessation of Suffering: The path (magga) that leads to the end of suffering is the Eightfold Path. Although interpreted in various ways, these precepts are accepted by all schools of Buddhism and serve as the foundation of the religion. They are held to provide the key to the ideal state of being—that is, nirvana.

Come on!

Create Earth? Snap of his fingers!

But to wipe out man, no, not heart attacks, he has to plan this huge delusion of water to wash them away.

Why? Was this supposed to be a key factor in scaring people or something that live later on?

I'm a Christian and I detest the religious right. They make God a political weapon and put temporal politics above their spiritual walk. Also they tend to want to legislate their morality while meanwhile they do not lift a finger on their own to live according to their own teachings (Matthew 23)

I am going through major battles both in my life and spiritually. I feel that it is just too much to bear sometimes. All this has left me cold and numb despite reaching out to God. I feel that His spirit just isnt with me anymore and I am almost out of hope. I have a lot to live for but am going through torure inside. I dont kow what is wrong. I say and do things that just arent me. Please pray for healing. I feel that God cant use me. I cant be holy and good for very long no matter how much I pray and fellowship and spend time in the word. I feel that I am dried up inside. This is not just a phase either. I have been feeling like this a long time. I dont want to give up but I need constant encouragement just to barely make it.

What do you think of when you see someone preaching on the corner of the street, or handing out tracts? If someone were to tell you the greatest story ever told, what would be the most effective way to convey their message? How should people share the Gospel?

So I'm surfing through wikipedia about gods and goddesses...
and it sure seems like there are a whoooollllle lot of them.
So do you keep your concepts of god/goddess generalized? or do you have some that you favor? why? does it have to do with a cultural background of yours, or one that you identify with?
I'm just curious....

Do you have your own series of elements? What do they mean?

Additionally, which one best describes you?
