theres always a different side to every question and its a non going list of sides so why ask questions that have so many awnsers that are neither wrong or right. people view religion in many ways they are either with it against it with it and braking the rules out to stop it, dont care about it and always changing their religion, but why ask a question with no one awnser expecting an to get all these answers and look only for the ones you like. whats the point.

The following is taken from
http://apologetics.johndepoe.com/morality.html

1)There is a universal moral law.
2)If there is a universal moral law, then there must be a universal moral lawgiver.
3)Therefore, There must be God.
(therefore the person of Christ is the quintecential representation of that which is morally pure and upright)

I know many ideas will arise, esp from pt 1 to 2. But for more explinations see the website...

Does it make sence? If I feel murder is wrong as does my fellow man in Asia, how can it be that we both KNOW its wrong? All of us know its wrong, but when exceptions arise(physcopaths), we ALL think that persons wrong.

Just because not every "transitional species" left fossil evidence behind doesn't mean we can't see the overall "story" and process of evolution.

If you get enough frames of a movie in the right order, you'd still be able to follow the story based on knowing where you started from and what it led to.

It seems like everyone using the Missing Link arguement to try to disprove evolution should piece together all the non-missing Links and watch that movie.

It seems to happen to me quite regularly.

It appears there is a qualitative difference between the a coincidence and a syncronicity.

For example, last night I was studying heavily the benefits of drinking a lot of water, this morning I walked into an art gallery and the two ladies beside me were going on about "the benefits of drinking a lot of water"...almost like they were reciting exactly what I read.

This happens quite regularly on obscure topics..but it could be a coincidence.

Thoughts? Experiences?

I prefer Valhalla myself. Just thought I'd put that out there. This is, believe it or not a serious question. Regardless of your faith, what would your ideal heaven be?

I was born and raised Christian but as I am growing up and becoming more and more educated about the world/life/other people I am beginning to think some Christians are crazy...literally insane. I went to a Catholic elementary school and taught that other religions were "crazy" because they beleived in multiple gods and reincarnation and such. But is it any more "sane" to believe 2 of every species of animal in the world were on the same boat, that humans were magically created from dust, that a virgin gave birth. Have u ever played the game "telephone" when u were a kid? The bible is like one huge game of telephone that has last over 2000 years...very unreliable.

It has been well documented that the popes are not, in fact, infallible when sitting on the mythical 'holy see'.

IE> the declaration that the earth WAS flat.
the declaration that the EARTH was the center of the universe

Where did this heresy come from?
Who invented the idea of the 'holy see' anyway?

The reason there are apes today is because they came from lesser apes. We did not come from those apes, humans evolved from the apes that left the safety of the trees. Those that stayed in the trees evolved into a different species. Stop saying "if evolution is so true, then why are there still apes". Any saying that in this answer will be reported, along with stupid posts and namecalling.

I have heard most of the secular arguements for why they don't acknowledge the existence of God.
My question is, have you ever thought of what will happen to you if the Christians have been right, all along?

...prove the validity of their creation theories. Anyone will tell you that evolution is an incomplete theory, but that does not disprove its validity. Why don't fundies work on trying to prove their theory, as that would seem to make more logical sense.

When they dont even understand evolution? Why do they think that because there are still apes, evolution cannot occur. Do you not understand that those apes came from the same creature we split from, we just took different routes. Evolution is not a big race to see who can win, evolution is about surviving as best you can. The only reason we are here today is because in the infancy of our species, we were scared. We saw all the things in the world, but didnt understand them, so our brains evolved to become bigger and more complex to allow us to have an advantage over other lifeforms (notice we cannot run faster, bite harder or swim faster than most of the other life?)
