Marriage is something that religion and Christianity made up. Most of them are opposed to religious people and views because it calls them sinners. Do they want this right out of spite? Or do they just not understand that it was made up by the people they dislike the most? They can stay monogamous without having to be married. Is it just for the benefits? I really don't understand.

"Now, where a man in this church says, 'I don't want but one wife, I will live my religion with one,' he will perhaps be saved in the Celestial kingdom; but when he gets there he will not find himself in possession of any wife at all. He has had a talent that he has hid up. He will come forward and say, 'Here is that which thou gavest me, I have not wasted it, and here is the one talent,' and he will not enjoy it but it will be taken and given to those who have improved the talents they received, and he will find himself without any wife, and he will remain single forever and ever." (Deseret News, Sept. 17, 1873)

Yet, Christ says...
Mat 22:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
Mat 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Okay....im confused by this. Help me out here.....okay a lot of people say that christians push our beliefs on other people. But nevermind that other people that believe in Buddha or Muhammed simply kill people if they do not conform to there religion. Christians simply try and reach out to people with love and tell others what we believe. None of us are perfect and we have all made bad choices. Just like people in history have. Im just curious what you think about it. Do you believe that christians push their faith on others?....and if so are christians worse than the muslims in killing people?.....i dont know what do you think?

Did you become a Christian because your family is Christian? or was it your own choice? Have you been Christian all your life? Or was it recent?

You may have never heard of the Bhagavad Gita As It Is. That's ok. Just want to see what comes to mind. Just speak the truth. Speak what is really in your heart.

If a thought, an option, a choice, any detail exist without God planning it, then something in addition to God has always existed and is equal to God, apart from God. All of existence is God's blueprint, just like a person draws a blueprint. nothing exist apart or outside the blueprint.

Ok, so I went to church for the first time in months and I got a headache, felt cold and felt nauseous. Yes, I have always been self-centered, but lately something else is going on with me. No, I do not converse with demons or worship Lucifer. However, I couldn't care less about the things that used to matter to me. Just curious, not afraid or searching for redemption.

But Christians all over the world claiming I don't know from where that Jesus Is God and Jesus need to be worshipped. In the bible he is clearly disclaiming that by saying all the power are given to me by the father while Christians (not all of them) say no Jesus is God . May be they know better than Jesus who Jesus is !!!

If Christians oppose gay marriage on biblical grounds why are they not pushing to ban divorce and remarriage? In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus clearly says any man marring a divorced woman becomes a adulterer and the women becomes an adulteress.

Since adultery is banned by the 10 Commandments, why is Jerry Falwell and the like not pushing for a constitutional amendment?

I'm not trying to start a fight, I just want to understand.

Without the truth of history and historical evidence, Christianty is worthless. Christianity is a faith based in historical truth. The Bible must be true. The Bible has more historical relibility than any other religious document. Other religions can't put their document of faith under the intense scrutinity as the Bible has gone through and remain trustworthy historically. The evidence of history is not the essential issue for them, only the idea of the religion.
