There may be one in France. They just finished building it, and the Dalia Llama was going to be there for the opening, but he's too ill right now. They're starting a 3-year retreat in late July I think. Of course there's some big ones in Tibet, I'm sure. If China hasn't torn them down. Google "buddhist temples" and maybe you can find out there.
