When the US government was created (the following is backed up by countless historical documents, look them up and if you disagree, YOU prove ME wrong, and if you do, I will change my tune),
The freedom of religion idea was only for freedom of choice within CHRISTIAN religions?
the founders of this counrty, from all of the 13 colonies, built their state constitutions, as well an these early state constitutions (as states wer allow more autonomy then) had qualifications for public office that REQUIRED the holder of these posts to be CHRISTIAN.
But they stopped at tests that would indicate which 'branch' of christianity. It was not unconstitutional, as they themselves wrote the constitution and sat upon the supreme court and would surely would have struck down anything likely to destroy what they had just fought so hard to create.
whether you like it or not, The US is a CHRISTIAN-BASED country.
To deny it, is to deny the truth

does it say we must wait until we are maried before we can have sex? I looked for it before, but all I found was about not having sex with someone who is married to someone else, or hot having sex with animals or relatives. I don't think it does say you have to wait.

Only in a more divine way. Jesus was born without a father and was raised up equally miraculously.
That Moses, O, poor Moses, did miracles to advise his people to follow God's proper path but they disobeyed him and lost in the desert for 40 years as a punishment

Bible says in Genesis, Ch. 1, Verses No.16, that…'God created two lights the greater light, the Sun to rule the day, and
the lesser light the Moon, to rule the night'. The actual translation, if you go to the Hebrew text, it is 'lamps'…'Lamps
having lights of its own.' And that you will come to know better, if you read both the Verses - Genesis, Ch. No.1, Verse. 16,
as well as 17. Verse No.17 says…'And Almighty God placed them in the firmament, to give light to the earth…
To give light to the earth.' Indicating, that Sun and the Moon has its own light - which is in contradiction with established
scientific knowledge that we have.
Science tells us today that the moon does not have its own light.
This confirms the Qur'anic concept that the light of the moon is a reflected light. Its mentioned in Qur'an 1400 years ago.

Please come to the TRUE WORD OF GOD Qur'an.
Remember
There is no god but Allah, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the last messenger of Allah.

What is the source of this beautiful and sublime recitation which, in its original Arabic, moves men to ecstasy and tears? Verse 44 below explains:
"This is part of the tidings, of the things unseen, which We reveal unto thee (O Muhammad!) by inspiration: Thou wasn’t not with them when they cast lots with arrows, as to which of them should be charged with the care of Mary: nor wasn’t thou with them when they disputed (the point)." (3:44)

I think many just do not want to hear the truth.
Others simply want to make a point (or no point).
Some know the truth but won't obey or believe.
A few will pose a question and give the answers.
At least one is perplexed by the ignorance of many.

1 Kings 7:23 and 2 Chron. 4:2: "He made a molten sea, ten cubits from one brim to another: it was round all about and its height was five cubits; and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about."

How do people who interpret the Bible literally (as what's written down really happened) as the word of God reconcile this errancy? This is not attacking your faith, but surely God can calculate Pi properly? He may have made the universe but Pi is Pi, it doesn't change. This is why I think that the Bible is the work of humanity and not a divine being... your thoughts?

Though Jesus is mentioned by name in twenty-five places in the Holy Qur’ân, he is also addressed with respect as: Ibn Maryam, meaning "The son of Mary"; and as the Maseeh (in Hebrew it is the Messiah), which is translated as "Christ". He is also known as Abdullah, "The servant of Allah"; and as Rasul u Allah, the messenger of Allah.
He is spoken of as "The Word of God", as "The Spirit of God", as a "Sign of God", and numerous other epithets of honor spread over fifteen different chapters. The Holy Quran honors this mighty messenger of God, and the Muslims have not fallen short over the past fourteen hundred years in doing the same. There is not a single disparaging remark in the entire Quran to which even the most jaundiced among the Christians can take exception.

There is no god but Allah, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the messenger of Allah.

The Christian does not know that the true spirit of charity which the Muslim displays, always, towards Jesus and his mother Mary spring from the fountainhead of his faith - the Holy Qur’ân. He does not know that the Muslim does not take the holy name of Jesus, in his own language, without saying Eesa, alaihi assalam ("Jesus, peace be upon him")
The Christian does not know that in the Holy Qur’ân Jesus is mentioned twenty five times. For example:
"We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear signs and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit" (The Holy Qur’ân 2:87)
"O Mary! God giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary..." (3:45)
"...Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of god..." (4:171)
"...And in their foot steps we sent Jesus the son of Mary..." (5:46)
"And Zakariya and John, and Jesus and Elias: all in the ranks of the righteous." (6:85)

There is no god but Allah, Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the messenger of Allah.

MUHUMMED (pbuh): Is a true prophet of God according to the Bible " . Every spirit (meaning every prophet) that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in flesh is of God 1 JOHN 4.2 Compare with Holy Qur'an 3:45 and many other Qur’ânic references where Jesus (pbuh) is referred to as the CHRIST.

MUHUMMED (PBUH) MENTIONED BY NAME "his mouth is most sweet: yea, he is (Muhummed-im) altogether lovely, this is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem. SONG OF SOLOMON 5:16
From the original Hebrew manuscript the word "MUHUMMEDIM", is translated as "altogether lovely' which is actually the word MUHUMMED with "im" added. "IM" is the plural of respect in the Hebrew language.

MUHUMMED A "COMFORTER" LIKE JESUS, PEACE BE UPON THEM "And I will pray the father, and he shall give you ANOTHER Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever. JOHN 14:16
Jesus (pbuh) was the first Comforter, and ANOTHER would have to be 1 like him, of the same kind as Jesus, Jesus, a man and not a Ghost
