Dressing is a matter of custom. Anyone can wear anything but the issue is whether it would be acceptable socially. Anyway I feel if the person is comfortable carrying it he can wear even a skirt

No, if men started wearing skirts and robes their would be alot more single men around, and alot more flashers. You know they are all proud of what they have and want to show it off
