Why is it that extreme christians call abortions murder and the doctors that perform them murderers?
Okay lets back up here. God said he knew you before you were going to be born right? God also knows how your life is going to begin and end because he sees everything. He also assigns your soul to your body and breaths the breath of life into you.
Now lets get to the question. Who is the murderer now? Man that took you from the womb. Or God for putting you in there in the first place knowing you were going to die.
Like I said it's going to make some people mad but I want honest, CIVIL, thoughts.

A satanist is someone who believes in making his will law, making himself the ruler of his life, and im sure a few other things too.. but if god himself is a satanist... doesnt it contridect his own teaching? So I guess the question really should be what religin is god?

Is there a God? Why are we here? Is there a purpose or is it like other animals, random and pointless? Are we really that special, or just desperate to believe so? Does our ability to think make us WANT to find a reason and purpose when one is absent? Do we fear death & irrelevance (like Becker writes) so we create purpose meaning & importance?

Why do some suffer while others do not? Can we change our future? Why us & not animals, the planet, other living bodies? Is there more to our existence than THIS life? Why do some miracles occur & others, just as desperately desired, do not (irregardless of how many prayers are spoken towards that end)?

ARE we all connected? Including plants, animals, etc? DO we have a symbiotic relationship or just another wish? What do U think?

...to read the Koran and interpret it the way the prophet meant it to be?
I have heard several converted Moslems I know complain that learning Arabic is a waste of time and that the Koran means the same in English, French, Spanish and German as well as Arabic.
Is this true? Are there problems in translating the Koran into other languages and misinterpreting the words?
I am not trying to cause any problems here, just curious.

Lots of people on this forum keep answering questions with the answer that God doesn't care about certain issues like what we can use for Lord's supper, which day of the week we meet to worship on, which church we attend, and so forth. My question is - if God doesn't care about these issues as long as you're sincere (even if you're sincerely not doing what He outlined for us to do in the Bible) then why do you think He left us a manual to research answers in and to follow in the first place?

Personally I think the answers to every question especially about proper worship can be found in the scriptures - that's why God gave them to us.

But if you don't believe this and you think all worship and all ways of life are about what feels right to you - then why do you think He left us a Bible at all?

(This is mostly a question for Bible believers as aethists and people of faiths that don't believe in the Bible don't follow it anyway.)

Prophet Muhammad is an illiterate person. Why some Christians think that Prophet Muhammad made Qur'an, and inspired from the bible? Can he read any bible?

And if he can, why he made Qur'an and what is his purpose?

If you believe that Satan possesed him, why did he do good deeds such as, help people, give the poors, have a kind character, etc?

In the New Testement Jesus says that no man comes to the father but through me. What about people who have no knowledge of Jesus. Take for example an Indian living in the Amazon. In such isolation it would be unlikey he would have ever heard of Jesus. When he dies does he burn in Hell? Does he suffer eternal torment for the crime of ignorance? What do you guys think?
