How do you atheists explain this heretical behavior!

I'm an atheist and I don't read horoscopes. I do read those little Chinese place mats that list what animal a person is according to their date of birth...but that's just for amusement.
Still, even if an atheist does read horoscopes...who cares. Maybe one would do it for amusement. Maybe one would think they are real (being an atheist doesn't automatically grant intelligence).

Atheist, Christian, whatever you believe in, you are still human and it is inherrent of the human mind to want to know the future, to try and see what may happen before it does. Curiosity, I read it just for kicks. The way most of them are written the odds of your horoscope hitting just right on your thoughts or actions will eventually hit right on the money. It's like a form of gambling. Drop a quarter in the slot often enough and you win, it's just a game.

I just read it for fun. Ever since we were forbidden to read the bible, all we had left is horoscopes. These horoscopes are written by witches and warlocs. In fact its in the code of conduct of atheists to read the horoscope daily. If you dont, they kick you out of the club and then you have to be religious (we are really scared of that). just kidding.
Everyone reads horoscopes, they are just for fun. It doesn't mean that what they say is true. Besides, haven't you ever read one? Or does bible forbid that? If it does I want the page and paragraph number. :)

I'm not an atheist but really surprised that they believe in astrology. They are so narrow minded about everything.

to begin with the horoscopes is of satanic means,, and not of christian beliefs. there is no truth what so ever in those horoscopes, your simple minds make them seem to come true by allowing it to happen. horoscopes, palm readers,fortune tellers. psychics are from devil worshipers, i know your saying you dont worship the devil but you are if you dont believe in JESUS or GOD or you believe in these things.

ALL so-called atheists have a belief system. It is usually SELF or secular humanism, or a blend of the two.
