I don't think that free will has anything to do with getting hurt.

Sometimes babies get hurt by adults that is a human error, when something happens like that you have to look at the reasons why an adult would hurt a baby . When that's brought into reality its because the people involved have to wake up to the way they are behaving and that just happens to be the thing that will wake them up. These people are living unconsciously and the universe wakes them up. when babies have illnesses and syndromes in that scenario the reason the children are here is to give us a gift of love because when your in a situation like that your heart will feel more love for that child than it would if the child grew up happy and healthy ,some believe these little souls have chosen this path before they came to earth

Christianity preaches free will for humans. Not destiny. This argument, along with not even knowing of God (like some people in certain third world countries, isolated from ever even knowing God), how can they choose between God or not? Where is justice there? God should be vengeful, but also kind and just. Yet, when we think down to it, he just cannot be! It is TOO ideal. It is too perfect to just assume! People! The fallacies of the BIble and its teaching are in front of us today and we stick to the old ways of the past. It is time to move on.

Ok, according to the dead sea scrolls, the Church probably suppressed the teachings of the laws of rebirth and consequence. More than likely, a baby who is injured might be somehow paying off a karmic debt earned in a previous life through free will. Just a possibility...

These babies are hurt at the hand of man or mans decisions - God gave man that free will - it is man's choice to take responsibility for his wrong doings - not to cast blame!!
It is for man to heal and wake up from his greed and selfishness that causes wars etc, God CAN'T intervene because of His law of creation

not completely sure about your question, but I think your referring either to abortion or to babies that are being abused maybe its more of a why do bad things happen to people who don't have a choice in the matter not completely sure, but if your talking about babies that die before they are born. I don't know maybe God sees their life and what is going to happen to them and brings them right into Heaven even before they are born. If your talking about why do bad things happen to good people it is because of free will not very often does God make people do things There are noted exceptions in the Bible, but not too many. He lets us do what we want. This includes bad things which could hurt others. No we don't have a choice wether bad things happen to us, but we do have a choice how we are going to respond to it. I hope that helps if I answer your question cool if not email me and maybe we can come up with a more precise question and answer.

There could be many factors. With free will is the chance that you can be tricked by Satan. The products of free will are the results of a choice someone made. The result may be felt by the person who made the choice, or by those around the person. A choice usually affects many.

I know your angry about all the abuse in the world, but don't blame God, thank Him for the good that happens instead.
Did you read that article today about the 14 month old baby who died with more than 40 fractures? I see how these things make you mad, but good things come out of everything. Even if you can't see it right now.

We have conscious and unconscious stages in life, with babies who cannot think and analyse things how do they process by using their will.I personally think your question should rather be address to those who harm innocent babies and people.Even human government have different stages of trials, minors, juveniles and adults are trial differently and punish differently,i don't think any baby have a choice of what happens to them not even the two year old.The answer is the will of the oppressor should rather be question.

I've asked someone a question similar to this. They said that small childern and babies go to Heaven when they die if they do not have free will, reason, etc.. I feel that the Bible implies this as well pretty often.
