The Christian does not know that the true spirit of charity which the Muslim displays, always, towards Jesus and his mother Mary spring from the fountainhead of his faith - the Holy Qur’ân. He does not know that the Muslim does not take the holy name of Jesus, in his own language, without saying Eesa, alaihi assalam ("Jesus, peace be upon him")
The Christian does not know that in the Holy Qur’ân Jesus is mentioned twenty five times. For example:
"We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear signs and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit" (The Holy Qur’ân 2:87)
"O Mary! God giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary..." (3:45)
"...Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of god..." (4:171)
"...And in their foot steps we sent Jesus the son of Mary..." (5:46)
"And Zakariya and John, and Jesus and Elias: all in the ranks of the righteous." (6:85)
There is no god but Allah, Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the messenger of Allah.

There is no god but Allah, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the last messenger of Allah
That is true.
They wont even believe that 2+2=4, if you will say them they will answer you that it is not 4 it is 5 or 3.

Moslems do not hate christian. And good christian do not hate moslems because even Jesus said that we must not share hatred.
Islam and christianity share the same core, even both of them share the same God, Allah. But they, too, are apart in the very core as well. Christianity suggests that Jesus is the son of God, while Islam believes that God do not have any son: God is eternal, and doesn't nor ever will have any son or father. That triggers a never ending arguments between both sides, i guess.
According to Islam, Jesus is a part of "the big family". Jesus, in fact, is not the 1st. There are 25 rasul (messenger of the God) in Islam, and he is the 24th. Mohammed is the last of them all, the 25th. Snuggles102, if the 2nd is just 2nd best, I guess Jesus is in fact the 24th.
Although there are 25 rasul, only to 4 of them were entrusted the holy books (kitab). To David (Daud) were entrusted the Zabur, to Moses (Musa) the Torah (Taurat), to Jesus (Isa) the Bible (Injil), to Mohammed the Quran. Christianity is a true and right religion. But over time, the believers of Bible became farther and farther away from the original means of God. So, he sent Mohammed to get it right. So what Mohammed taught us, is the last of all and therefore the most relevant for us.
*that's what i believe, just speaking my mind*

Some Christians do know this... others who do not read the Qur'an will simply find this hard to believe. Though the numbers of Muslims who preach and practice violence are a small percentage, their voices are loud and the blood they shed does not go unnoticed. The quiet and peaceloving Muslim is not seen by most Christians.
My father spent the first half of his life trying to escape persecution at the hands of Kurds and other Sunnis simply for being Christian. I don't know where you are from, but while Islam itself is friendly toward Christianity, many Muslims in the Middle East are not... regardless of whether they are Westerners or locals. Until WWII and colonialism, massacres of remote Christian villages were common, almost nonstop since the Arab Conquest. This goes on even today, though on a smaller scale.
The best way to get the Christians of the world, pretty much the entire Western hemisphere (at least the parts that control money and resources), to come to an understanding of Islam is for the average Muslim to stand up and speak against the extremists and keep them controlled. Until this happens, the average Westerner has no choice but to see Islam and its followers as the thieves and murderers who make the news.

Christians know this.
They also know that Jesus was not a Prohet - he was and is the Son Of God. Access to eternal life can ONLY be gained through JESUS.
It is in the person of Jesus where the Christian and the Muslim faith part company.
There is no God but JESUS/God The Father/God the Holy Spirit.
Muhammed was just another man.
Sorry but that is the truth.

Jesus was the Son of God, not just "no more than an apostle of God"
that's where Christians and Muslims differ
we believe that no person can enter the kingdom of heaven without accepting Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.

The spirit of charity towards Jesus goes out the window when Muslims make Christians choose between conversion to Islam or death.

sorry dude but this right here "...Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of god..." (4:171)
contradicts your last post about believing that He was the son begotten son of God now doesn't it.
