What would you like to know? Chastity depends on a persons state of life. If you are married chastity means have sexual relations only with your spouse. If you are single it means to refrain from things sexual. If you are consecrated it means to live the life of a virgin and to give all of your time, love and energy into that which God has called you to do.To love only God with that exclusive love others hold for a spouse and yet to love all people.

Debra M gave you a good answer and I would like to add to that. Chastity means no sexual relations outside of marriage, and then only to the person you are married to.
If you screw around before you are married, you loose self-respect and may end up pregnant or with a sexually transmitted desease or aids. It just isn't worth it. There are many thousands of persons out there who are saving themselves for their future mate. When you offer your clean and virgin body to a mate who has saved themselves for you, it is a wonderful strength to your union and you will improve your chances to having a wonderful, happy and long marriage.
If you jump in bed with someone, just because he said "If you love me, prove it". Oh what a sucker line ! ! ! All you are to him is a masturbation toy. You deserve something better than that.
Keep your pants on until you are married and then enjoy away.

Don't get me wrong, Virginity is an incredibly wonderful and powerful thing, but should never be forced onto anyone!
If sex BEFORE marriage was not classed as sin, by those who are far from virginal, there would be far more longer lasting marriages and content people about.

It means keeping yourself pure and honoring your body as something God-given to you.
