a lady from my church ,who is also my friend's mother has given me a purity ring. She has given many other youth in my church purity rings but mine was presented in a way different than the rest. (wrapping ,gift box, bow). My question is how long do i wait to give her a "thank you"card and should the card be religiously themed?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We have 2 single person restrooms(for both men and women) at my work. I was walking towards the restroom but my head down because I was thinking about something. I then walked into one of the restrooms, closed the door, and then locked it. When I turned around, one of my co-workers was sitting on the toilet doing her business. She didn't scream, yell or anything like that. We just looked at each other like a deer caught in a headlight!. It felt like a lifetime in there but I'm sure I hurried to get my *** out of there.

What am I going to do? Am i in trouble? Will she be upset and report me? Will she sue me? I am really paranoid now, she was hot too!

I'm 25, male. and yesterday i was surrounded by georgous groomed women at a meeting for people in the promotions business, and men to match. So I want to get heavily, and unashamedly into grooming, proper metrosexual style. Two reasons, to make it in the promotions business, and to get some of these georgeous women. But i don't know where to begin.

"Sorry" and "He's in a better place" don't do anything for me ... too overdone, too trite, and I can't see how saying that stuff is going to make anyone feel better. Is it better to just shut up and listen? I'd like to hear other peoples' experiences?

I'm 22 and the first time someone called me "ma'am" was when I was 20. I don't know if it's because I just had a baby, but I can tell you it's happened more times since then. I know I don't look old... I asked a question on here before and the average age people thought I looked (I gave them a link to a picture) was around 14! I'm married, I have a 17-month-old son, and I don't think I'm old... but it really hurt my feelings when someone referred to me as ma'am before I was even in my 30's. Is this not a big deal? Am I being a baby? How did you feel?

I am a short order chef and in my restaurant there are signs all over that say " Employees must wash their hands." I feel that this is so pushy and over-the-top. I, for one, do not believe that I have to wash all the time. There are times when i go and I don't get pee all over my hand and if I go number 2 its not like I shove my whole hand up there. I feel that by taking the time to wash my hand is a waste of time that could be spent cooking some food. Who agrees?

Co-workers who don't pull their own weight leaving the access work for you or someone else to do. I hate those people who want to get paid for doing absolutely nothing and then leave it to someone else to pick up the slack. What do you hate at the office?
