I wear my watch on my right hand -- but that's because I'm left handed, and it feels uncomfortable on my left when trying to write and stuff.

As far as what?
I am left-handed, so I wear my watch on my right wrist. I was taught that you should wear your watch on your non-dominant wrist. However, I know lefties who wear their watch on their left wrist, and a couple righties who wear their watches on their right wrist, so I guess it's a matter of preference.

It makes no difference whatsoever. I frequently change hands with my watch on a whim. Why not?

Not at all. Some left-handed people prefer it. (I don't.)
