Same as it for an unmarried NON-pregnant woman--either Miss or Ms. Ms. seems to be more common these days.

it is always not safe to assume if a lady is married or not, but it will be polite to just say miss or madam, rather than the embarassing "missus" moments where the other one snaps back "dont missus me, im still single!!!"

you can call an unwed mother by her name which is Ms.Heather,or just by their name.you can also ask her what she would like to be call.
