A friend told me, when I was thinking about a tattoo, to find my design, choose it, then wait a year or two to see if I still wanted it. I was rather thankful... I didn't like it much a year later.
Hair dye is cheap! Go for it!

Hair color is cheap and hair grows out again. Tattoos are expensive and you had better want it for life and are even more expensive to have the procedure to get rid of it. I have 3 tats I can cover when I want to and have colored my hair many times over the years. Think of it this way do you want something trendy and now or something you will be buried with......Just be absolutely sure when they put ink in your skin. BTW I do like my tats, but I was 26 before I decided to get the first one.

I would go with changing the color of my hair. If you have to ask, this is something you are not sure about.
Tattoo's used to have real meaning behind them, now it is a going fad. Do you really want to be 50's explaining why you have a heart, dolphin, tribal etc on your back/neck.ankle?

Why do either?
It sounds like you don't really want or need to do either one since you're asking anonymous strangers on the internet to help decide for you.
Ask yourself this question: Why do you want a tattoo? or Why do you want to dye your hair? It should be something you do for yourself and not because your friends think it would it be super awesome cool if you did.

stick with the hair coloring for now, because if u are still having trouble deciding, that means u might regret the tattoo later..yeah get those fake ones for a year and if u feel that it does make u feel happy and good about yourself ..go for it..but for now...hair coloring is ur best bet...

get your hair coloured, getting a tattoo is life changing and it will be with you forever. in years to come you might regret getting the tattoo then have to go through painful treatments to get it removed.

well, if you don't like your hair color, then you've only spent $8 and can re-dye it in a couple of weeks. if you don't like your tattoo, then you've spent several hundred $'s and have a permanent reminder that you just wasted a bunch of time and money

The first one is so rebelious with a dash of cute! But the second one looks kinds cheesy and used too much already. I prefer the 1st option!

well...do you want a permanant mark or something you can change easily? If you get your hair colored you will have to keep going back for touch ups or do it yourself versus if you get a tat, it's there touch up free....

One is permanent and one is temporary. Try the temporary one first and then move on to something that will last forever.
