Is it jealousy? Its been bugging me for ages. Why do the bullies feel they need to be nasty to some people and not others?

I use to be real self conscious, but now I don't mind if my female friends or close male friends see me topless. All us girls have basically the same stuff. I use to shy away from tanning topless, swimming topless, or changing clothes in front of my friends, but now it is no big deal.

I was just wondering if the average girl is fine with their friends seeing them topless, or if they shy away from it. Also, does it matter whether the friends are male or female?

It was at school during my science period. Our school uniform consists of a white or red shirt and a navy short skirt.
It all happened during my science lesson, the boy siting across me at my table sprayed his water at me on purpose and I was wearing a white shirt and it all ended up going see through. But it wasn't much water compared to when we got out of class. He sprayed my WHOLE white shirt with water.
I later knocked on the science teacher's door and told him. The boy ran away.
My crush was sitting in there doing detention for lunch and when I walked in with my white shirt all wet, and revealing my pink bright bra he just goggled at my chest.
When my top wasn't as wet at first (in class), he told a boy who was siting behind him, who told all the other GUYS at his table. They all turned to me, staring at my chest.
Why the hell would this guy wanna spray me with water?
I felt so embarrassed after.
The girls now think I'm a stupid slut.

We've lived in our apartment complex for 2 years and recently we got 2 sets of new neighbors - both with small dogs. Since they've moved in, we've started noticing dog poop ALL OVER outside on the walkways. Every time we go outside, there are new droppings. It's like walking through a mine field. I mean, it's getting to the point of being just plain rediculous. Now...I don't know who's dog it really is...but I assume it's one of the newbies. What do I do? Do I notify management? What can they possibly do? Do I leave them both anonomous letters asking them to pick up after their dog? Any suggestions??

Can anyone tell me the word I'm tryin to interpret?
I want to use, insipate...as in to "start" ...in' sip aw tate
serious responses only please.
Note....I say that because I'm sure I will get some responses as to, why don't you just use "start"
People, if you're first thought is, why don't you just use start? understand now that you are the type of person that intelligent people try to avoid. It means nothing to the rest of us but just so you know for your own good...No one knows who you are and although your comment may by humorous to a person with your kind of mind set, I hope it dawns on you that, "wow, this guy is talking about me" you might want to consider heading back to school.
I'm quite sure the people who respond to this will not even mention the above but will offer their best atempt at helping me.

I'm 16 years old, but my friends are all 18 years old or above. Whenever I'm introduced to a new woman/female, I sometimes find myself repeating the same thing after being given a one word answer. For example, I'll ask something like, "Are you going to talk to your art teacher about college?" She'll answer no, and then I'll say either, "That's cool", "I see", or "Oh."

Is there anything else I should say? Or does anyone have any tips on how to avoid one-word-answer questions?

We weren't supposed to mess with other people's little space that surronded them and all their belongings. So anyway, what happens when someone missed that lecture and stands nose-to-nose with you the entire conversation? One of my teachers does that and it drives me nuts. Can I just keep backing up and not seem rude? Do I tell him to back out of my bubble?

I generally swim topless in the privacy of my own pool, even if I have friends over. I keep my bikini bottoms on most of the time though, even if I am alone. Do you most of you do this, or do you wear more/less?

Thinking of teachers, social workers, nursery workers, nurses and carers in old people's homes amongst others.
You need to take one to work in a bank or even to get a job at B&Q (up till a few years ago, did it myself once).
And all the horror stories that come from 'caring' professions ... should carers/people workers be vetted for suitability in a caring position?
Answers on a postcard please :-)

Sometimes, they have servers who are really nice, apart from preparing your sub for you the way you want it. Its pretty much more than what they would do in a coffee shop and in a coffee shop you're expected to tip anyway. I think they must have a tip cup if someone does feel the service has been good. Plus, Subway is pretty expensive anyway, and two six inchers will set you back by $10 anyway, so its no big deal to spend another 50 cents on tips is there?

I love my sister to death, but she has this habit of bringing home guys, and sucking face with them in front of people on the sofa.

They practically grope each other.

It's not even soft kissing. It's like... noisey, chewing noises.

In fact, last night they were here, and I was just about to say "Can you nudge the dog, she's licking herself again." when I realized it was, you guessed it, THEM.

I like her boyfriend, when he's not knee-deep in my sister's saliva.

How can I drop hints for them to stop?

Well, the scenario goes like this...I met this guy at a gym club I attend.I wasn't really attracted to him, but he seemed really nice and comforting.Everytime I would see him, he's always come up to me and see how i was doing.I notice there was a ltlle flirting action going on, he gave me his cell number and when I called him he told me he found me to be VERY Attractive, and that if I ever wanted to hang out ot go to a movie call him, so i finally did three weeks ago..and all I can say is that he hasn't been positive.I told him that we should hang out, he tells me in a couple of weeks because he has no money, then i call hima few weeks later and he tells me that he's busy, maybe next week, I text message him to see if we were going out still, he tells me that some things came up, and he was suppossed to hang out with a few people, and he'll let me know he was free...so I'm feeling very rejected.,and I don't know why all the distance from him, when he intiated the "hanging out
