Make it a date. Rotten teeth have a really bad smell, I can smell someone's teeth. I had the same problem with my husband and I just talked to him with concern and told him I love him and his teeth and I want him to take care of them. i asked him how would he feel if the tables were turned and it was my teeth rotting away and he said he would want me to go get them fixed and I said well, I feel the same way for him. When you love someone and they love you, you should be able to tell him anything, as long as you are nice about it.

Yes, tell him that you don't want to hurt his feeling and that you care for him very much and that he needs to see a dentist because your concerned about his oral health and that can lead to other health problems later in life.
