I love my sister to death, but she has this habit of bringing home guys, and sucking face with them in front of people on the sofa.

They practically grope each other.

It's not even soft kissing. It's like... noisey, chewing noises.

In fact, last night they were here, and I was just about to say "Can you nudge the dog, she's licking herself again." when I realized it was, you guessed it, THEM.

I like her boyfriend, when he's not knee-deep in my sister's saliva.

How can I drop hints for them to stop?

I don't think you need to be dropping hints, i think you need to come straight out and say it. Its plain rude to behave in that way in public period and her and him both need to understand that.
It would make me feel really uncomfortable and would make me wanna leave the room.

I dealt with this same thing, but it was my sister and her boyfriend having loud sex in the house I own. I basically told her she can do whatever she wants when the house is empty, but she has to be considerate of those around her.

I spoke to her when she was alone, because I knew she would get pissed and leave or roll her eyes if someone else was there. It's best to say afterwards that it's not a huge deal, and that you do like him, but you just feel it's inconsiderate.

If you want to make a good point when they are doing it, get in between them and say, "If you don't have enough for the rest of the class, then don't do it, and kiss her or him on the cheek." It will get the point across in a more humorous manner.

When they start doing this tell them to get a room because you can't hear the TV over the noise

Talk to her when you're both alone & let her know how you feel. Maybe she'll stop or not, but at least you've gotten it off your chest.
