I’m currently out of work and am wondering if there is a demand for a full time pallbearer? Many funerals I’ve attended have not had enough pallbearers and usually end up using a guy or two from the funeral home to assist. I’ve also noticed this looking at other funerals taking place at the same time.

So basically, I would offer my services as a self-employed pallbearer for a slight fee. I’m up early everyday, have a simple black suit and am able to mingle with the funeral attendees. Thank them for coming, and express my condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of the deceased. I can probably work 3 to 4 funerals depending on the times and locations. Do I contact the families of the deceased, the funeral home or put an ad in the paper?

Do you think its morally wrong to do such a thing, what if we have to answer for sliding by with such behavior when we depart from this world. Or did you not think about your wrongdoing? I confess, I do it all the time cause I am a risktaker! Any other confessions or opinions?

I am attending a wedding and have been asked by the groom to drive his car behind the two wedding cars as not everyone in the wedding party will fit into the two wedding cars.

The trip to the church will involve taking the groom's brother and sister.

The trip to photos at the beach will involve taking the 3 bridesmaids who I wil then take to the reception.

My question is:

Should I open the car door for the kids and the bridesmaids, or just the bridesmaids or neither?

I'm thinking I should do it for everyone as a courtesy but as a wedding guest myself who is not being paid to do it, I wasn't sure of the correct etiquette as I am not a limo driver.

Thanks :D

Read the following mesage from the Association to the Racing folks:
“Racing industry establishes Barbaro research fund.”

These people that supports racing need to know the following:

We are free for doing what we want out of our life. Therefore,
if we chose to spend our time and our material resources for to
keep the feed and maintenance of horses for to see them riding
in competitions, it is our problem, nobody else.
But...
For doing that, all material resources spent into this habit need
be made with our own hands and the sweat of our own faces,
nobody else. If we are taking any kind of material resources
(such any unit of the energy from the work of any human being) from persons that does not participates in this sport, we are being "Humanity's Enemies".
. Humanity demands, requires, that every bit of energy produced by any human being be employed in favor of that the same human being and his/her offspring. There are too many human - children and adults – that are working without the basic resources for survival with dignity, therefore, Humanity can not give its resources for horses. Be advised: if we are watching you spending resources with horses and we are not seeing you at the hard and manual work producing these resources...we are accounting your debt with Humanity... a debt that can not be paid with another's work, can not be paid with money obtained by others means than those generated by yours own hand. If we never will be able for to receipt this debt from you, at least we are waiting that there is DIVINE JUSTICE, who will receipt it.

We had a birthday party for a friend of mine. We asked her what kind of cake she wanted. She loves cheesecake. So thats what we bought for her. One of the party goers had the nerve to complain and say why couldn't she have picked something else I hate cheesecake. She said that my friend should have picked something else that everybody would like. We just told her well it is HER birthday and its HER choice. Some other people didn't care for it either but they just didn't eat the cheesecake and they let her enjoy it. Instead of trying to make her feel guilty for her choice. I was like come on its her birthday......Its her day and not yours....

Like it seems so hard for my younger brotheres (15 and 17) to put away a box of cereal in the morning. When i get up its still sitting out.*and no its not because i'm going to eat it, i don't eat breakfast* It just sits there opened. I end up putting it away, or sometimes throwing it away, because its empty.

Why is it so hard to put away food boxes or bags?

I work with someone who has the worst body odor I have ever smelled. I literally find myself getting up numerous times a day because I am about to vomit. How do you discuss with someone that they smell with out coming across as a real *****. This person is truly a nice person but her odor and breath could kill and infestation of rats in the building. Sorry just want to handle it the best way possible. AND the Mint thing only last so long.

I have a co-worker that sits right next to my cubicle and she gets mad when other co-workers come talk to me. she seems to think that the world revolves around her and always ask if they were talking about her. i always tell her no because we arent. this is on a constant basis and i dont know how to bring it up nicely to tell her to stop asking me that. she is also always being negative towards other co-workers or even our participants. i dont want managers to be thinking we are both negative since she is talking to me. how do i approach her on telling her to seriously STOP?

Dear Readers,
My name is Mel Phillips and I am 18 years old. I am setting up a website for young deaf people who are either younger or older than me. The purpose of this letter is to persuade young adults or older adults to email me their problems of being deaf and how I can help them deal with this situation. For example if younger people are being bullied , I can help them by giving them advice how to deal with the bullies without violence because I have been through this before in my secondary school years and this continued to year 10. I feel that it is important to let deaf young children or adults know that they are not alone in this if they are experiencing bullying. Please feel free to email me for help
coolmeldude@yahoo.co.uk

Youre faithfully

Mel Phillips
