Some people (especially from other countries) find it offensive if someone enters a room and doesn't greet everyone in it. When I worked in another country, I had to greet everyone individually when I arrived and say goodbye to each person when I left.

For some reason they want your attention or acceptance. They must look up to you so don't be a Beyauch. or maybe you are ignoring them for some reason and they don't get it. Your question is lacking in the info department. Kind of hard to answer!

Not sure exactly what you mean. But, if you walk by someone you know and don't speak, it's rude. It makes that person feel insignificant or they just think you're ignorant and arrogant.

It makes them feel that you dont like them and that they arent good enough for you. Plus it is very rude, if it were me I would never want to talk to you again.

When you deliberately don't speak to someone, it humiliates them and hurts their feelings.

It's not because they're insecure, it's because they want to talk to you. And if you don't want to talk to them back, it hurts their feelings.

that is their problem , not yours ! if you do not wish to speak to them ? you have the right not to ! i do not speak to many people, for my own reasons , whether they like or not ? it matters not , and i do not expect people to speak to me either .... i do not have to be recognized either ;for i know , who i am .........
