I would say a bit odd, as have others. However, in a matter that is one of comfort, then I would not call it rude or impolite. One does what one must to get along.
Next person who stares ask if they want to kiss and make all better. That ought to have the git moving along in a right rush.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

I am so sorry you have athlete's foot! I have suffered with that myself.

You should definitely wash your hands after applying the cream, because you could spread the infection. This seems to preclude putting it on on the street. Just do it at home morning and night and wash your hands after.

And don't forget to wash your socks with bleach and hot water, and clean your bathroom surfaces. And you might need to get different shoes because there could be fungus in the shoes you are wearing, which could reinfect your feet later.

Lamisil is the best cream, and you can also get Lamisil in oral pills if you have a really bad case. There is also a preparation with formaldehyde called Gentian Violet which you can buy at the pharmacy. It stains your feet purple but will kill the fungus with one application.

And to prevent it in the future, I recommend Dr. Scholl's Odor Destroyers spray.

Between your cold sores and athletes foot, I would suggest you do not go out at all. Maybe God is punishing you for the job you choose to do. Never do anything in public which could frighten the horses. With all your woes, have you considered any other work, apart from taking the pisssh. A job in which your not inconsiderable imagination would be put to good use. Cheers.

I think the fact that you have felt the need to ask this question, basically answers it. Of course its impolite - as it is unhygenic you need to wash your hands after apply athletes foot cream.

In future please find a public toilet or a macdonalds and do it in the privacy of the toilets - that way people wont give you strange looks.

I am sure that if a member of the public was to complain about you rubbing your feet in public - you would be embarrassed.

I am choosing to treat this as a serious question because I saw a man doing this very thing sitting on a bench at Disneyland during the Electrical Parade, so I know for certain it happens. People of both sexes and all ages should limit very personal treatments like this to a private room or office. Good luck and clip a pedometer onto your waistband one day to see how far you are walking. I'll bet it's miles!

Yes that's absolutely horrid! Some might say you deserve it, in your line of work! Dry your feet properly, wear cotton socks and leather shoes, don't wear the same shoes every day, use talc to soak up the sweat and hopefully it will go and stay gone. If you must put ointment on your feet during the day, find a public loo and do it discreetly.

One should never take off ones socks in a public place. You need some teatree oil and to bathe your feet three times a day in warm water containing several drops. When at home rip those socks off baby and let the air at them tootsies (sorry carried away) One hopes the situation is soon concluded.
