Need a little more detail than that bud.
You can be mean without being angry or stingy
You can be angry without being mean or stingy etc..
Put in into context and we'll be able to help you decide although I don't know why anyone would want to be stingy or mean there not exactly great qualities.
Being mad is normal as long as you learn to forgive and forget.
