Why is it that the fast food outlets are considered responsible for all the litter outside their stores. I agree they sell the food but the purchaser should be liable for the waste after that - not the store, I think all the litter is disgusting but we need to be taught to take responsibilty for ourselves and our actions.

Comments please?

Surely the waiter or bar attendant are paid a wage right ! and don't tell me they all earn $2.80 an hour, no-way ! Other countries their paid a true wage, in hospitality usually $17.00 - $27.00 an hour depending upon the establishment and their experience. Sydney, Australia for example, also pay penalty rates (atleast used to!) and shift allowance on top to compensate the staff for their inconvienience at working peak times. The staff know what their earning, the Patrons know what they'll spend & no needless tipping! So is it 20% per beer at a bar say, or 20% of the final tab, than must you also tip the doorman, entertainment & the bloody "candlestick maker" I need help here, is it so wrong to budget for what your wanting or planning to spend?

Sleep apnia is a consequence of snoring, not the other way around ! Isn't it true that problematic snoring - the ones as loud as a bloody train ! have usually brought this condition on themselfs, through poor diet, lack of exercise, excessive consumption of alcohol, smoking, poor lifestyle habits generally ! and offcourse have high blood pressure. Yet they make out their the bloody victim of this, usually their asleep the whole time - its everyone else who suffers - bloody selfish. Why can't it be viewed as a socially unacceptable behaviour, when all they need do is make lifestyle changes to avoid this gross condition. I say change now, strenghthen your larynx and stop being so bloody lazy. I suspect they know when their snoring but are to lazy to make the effort !

My battery went out while I was at the gym and this guy whom I sort of like, works there, and i called him and asked him if he could give me a jump because my battert died, and he explained that one of his client's were coming in, but he'll see if he can help me..so he called me back and said, he couldn't because his client was expected to show up any minute , but he did ask around, and one of his co worker's would help me, out...and then after that he went on to explain that he was very sorry, that he wasn't able to give me a jump himself, and that if his client wasn't coming in...he assured me that he would do it himself...now my question is do you think there is more to what he was saying, like does it sound more personal or business, and should that be counted against him considering the fact that he didn't come out and help me anyway...and do you think he likes me...oh no it's not alot to go on..but the fact that he was overexplaining himself as to why he wasn't able to help me

have another concern..the fact that ..I had an appointment with him today...and when I called to confirm..he tells me that he can't do the appointment ..that he set the time for because he has other people...now keep in mind this session was free..and he never called me before today to let me know that the session would need to be rescheduled..plus.....when I seen him a few days ago..he comes up to me and says oh I'll see you on friday...then I notice that when he'll see me he always asks me why am I leaving and is he the reason for it...

i have some very very stupid neighbours who live on the floor above us ...truly ,its my exams nearing, and i need to study with full concentration and tempo ,but these people dont understand!
they have come from a village, and god!...i dunno HOW they landed on my head! they play their TV and music 20HOURS and shout at the top of their voices ALL the time...i can even hear their mother giving thier children slaps - they dont even know how to speak ...--i dunno what kinda culture they have!
i am really not used to all this commotion,i live in a quiet house where even a pin drop is audible,my parents dont hear it coz thier room is further away..but i am stuck that way!
i really dont wanna make an issue out of it,but i cant help it!....first when they came i thought they wud settle in to city life, and tried to adjust, but these people are ridiculous!
in exams for some days i tell them to keep it all low and they do comply...but they dont understand that they have to maintain it !

Such as saying good morning, afternoon, or night to strangers, or When calling a company or anyone else, you ask "how are you today" and give the proper greeting. Sometimes people are just plain rude and ask what do you want, and so on

Shipa Shetty's entry into the Big Brother show had created great hopes for her. And the treatment at the Big Brother's house had raised alram of racial attitude of Westerners. And her win has created a mixed feelings. And it was evident that she was treated in a undignified way because of her colour and Asian origin. And I appriciate her for speaking out it openly and making the issue known to the public. But if she were to be sincere she should had opted for a walk out from the show in protest aginst it. How can she? She had recieved a Big Amount of payment! Others may say that she was courageous enough to face it and challenge them. And at the end of the show she won! Was it not just a kind of compensation to cover up the harm? Is it not the show is only for maney without any moral vales? Did not Shilp forego her dignity for money! She had gone there with an elagent Indian dress and while returning she may come back with the western minimum dress on. Does she love money or India?

My lips are becoming chaffed in the cold weather, and I need some chapstick; so, I'm thinking about borrowing some from a neighbor and drooling all over it so that she'll let me keep it...assuming that there is a chance she'd let me keep it once I drool all over it.

For some fraking reason, whenever I type on my keyboard, the trolls living below me can hear it and stomp away and make a lot of weird slamming noises... like a troll. LOL!

It's pretty annoying, but I just ignore it now... they trolls below me really, REALLY need to get a life. :p
