I told this girl I loved her once so that she would give herself to me. She gave herself to me and I never spoke to her again.

I told my ex-wife that I married her because I loved her, but I married her because we had gotten pregnant. It was the honorable thing to do.

I did tell him years later that we did do is but we had sold the car by then so he wasn't that mad.
