I love the way you asked this! LOVE IT! I totally know what you mean! He snores sooooooo bad! I'v just resorted to going to the couch. He doesn't like the breath right strips on his nose. He has had sinus surgery. So not much else I can do except leave the room....and shut the door! When the kids all leave, in about 8 or 9 years, I'll get my own room! I don't care if it's not natural to not share a room with your hubby! I can't stand it and that's what I'm gonna do. Only a few more years to go if I can make it! Good luck to you! Try not to hurt him "too" bad, just rough him up alittle! LOL!

As I recall, snoring can be treated. So you'll want to throw a doctor's appointment letter seal up in a cardboard box with ribbons and a 'Surprise! You've got a gift' card at a snorer.

It is a health issue and should be treated as such. This is harmful to the snorer, his or her spouse, and the relationship between them. Get medical help for this. It can indicate sleep apnea and raise blood pressure.

My boyfriend snores and I've noticed it atleast makes it more bearable if he is not facing me. Also just generally getting a snorer to change the position while sleeping it will minimize, if not eradicate, the snoring.

The best way I know of to cope with a snorer is to ask yourself how you'd feel if you never would hear it again because he/she was gone forever.

please do not throw anything at a snorer
my brother in laws were both snorers and they got tested for sleep apnea. come to find out they both had it and are now on CPAP machines at night to keep their airways open
they would fall asleep at night ok, but throughout the course of the night QUIT BREATHING 20-30 times

Go to the drug store and buy a package of snore strips, and give it to the snorer. If they denigh snoring, borrow someones tape recorder.
Snoring is a health hazard, and there are lots of ways to control it.

My husband snores sometimes too loud for me to sleep. I just keep waking him (not just a little nudge either, but lights on, fully awake) up to let him know he is snoring and I can't sleep. The constant interruption in sleep is disruptful to him and his body becomes conditioned to not snore, or he's getting woken up.
