I use public transportation to get to work everyday. It can't be avoided that sometimes a person would sit beside be who smells bad. What should I do that is not overly rude? Should I just do nothing, cover my nose with my hand or handkerchief? spray perfume on myself? sit somewhere else?

I live a dorm room, suite with 3 other guys. They use the kitchen, I harldy ever, if I do, I use the microwave and thats it. But they leave it a mess. Dishes in the sink, pots on the stove. I mean my god its filthy, in my opinion. Maybe is has something to do with the way my mom raised me or something. But A kitchen should be clean.

Since I rarely use it, I'm relunct to clean it. I mean why should I when I don't make a mess. But its starting to get on my nerves. I just do like the looks of it. And I do have to live in this suite, for around another 3 months.

So Should I clean it?

Where ever I am, I find over weight people. I feel that honesty is the best way to deal with these individuals, but haven't found a way to honestly express how repulsive their girth is, without having them take offense.

I work at a pharmacy which has a drive thru. One woman I work with bitches and moans that she is allergic to cigarettes. She works all the way at the other end of the pharmacy, and almost never works the drive thru. She b1tches and moans if one person smokes a cigarette and she can smell it. Then she spends the rest of my shift harassing me about how bad it smells, and that *I should tell them not to smoke. She already put up a no-smoking sign without asking the manager, and now she wants ME to tell the customers not to smoke because SHE has a problem with it!

I do NOT feel that this is my issue, so why should I insult our customers so that she can have everything her way? She is making my job so hard to do because of the way she harasses me about it for hours on end.She is not a manager and this decision should not be up to her! If she doesn't want them to smoke, why can't SHE work the drive thru and tell them her SELF? Am I wrong? I don't want to be yelled at because of her.

Well at work we have soups and condiments. My question is do you think it would be worth it to purchase a garbage disposal for old soup and old condiments instead of dumping the old smelly food into a garbage can?

Have you ever had a situation where you had a booger in your nose that was so annoying that finally getting it out was the best feeling ever?

I once had booger in my nose that was driving me crazy. I could feel that something was there ever so slightly but all of the digging and blowing could not get it out. I started having my doubts thinking that my nose was just irritated. So after using the nasal spray a few times during that day I managed to blow a booger out of my nose that was 2 inches long and a half inch wide. OH WHAT A RELIEF?

What was your best nose blowing experience?
