dont just invite yourself over because if they wanted you to know they were having a party you wouldnt have found out by hearing the music... and if they wanted you there they would have actually invited u

Yeah grab a bottle and knock on. What have you got to lose? If they dont invite you in then phone the police. Chances are they would be glad to have you it was prob impromptu and they didnt have chance.

if your neighbor want u round at his party, they wouldve invited you. if you have a noisy neighbor and u live in the uk, there is a local government department that you can phone to report them. in my experience reporting a neighbor can make things worse...and can result in him or his friends targetting you or your family. my advice is find somewhere else to live. i lived for two years next to scum and in the end had to sell up and move away.
