Are you married? Does your wife or GF know about this type of activity? Yes to either or both and the answer is YES this is wrong. You have to look deep and ask yourself where this is headed if you continue. Again, married ? ... then you must've had a reason to join with this woman.
Marriage is so incredible when you reach that level of understanding and trust that you don't even want to look at another woman. It takes work to get there but it's SOOO worth it.

I don't see a problem with this, unless you have committed yourself to someone.
Maybe it's just me, but I find it sort of erotic to think about 2 women getting nasty with one another!
