This depends on the percentage of tip you'd like to leave. You can figure this w/ a simple calculator.
Good service = 20-25%
Ok = 15-18%
Bad = 0

The tip you pay for any dollar amount is 20% of the total. So you figure what is 20% of, i would round it off, 60$, unless your a penny pincher.

Depends on the service you got. Okay service, $6.00 (10%) . Good service, $9 (15%). Excellent service, $12 (20%).

Fifteen percent would be $8.70. I'd probably round it up to $9, if the service was bad, I'd only give 10%.
