Error 999 when I try to go to answers home?

I can get to my Q&A and can ask etc but can't get to the front page of answers, anyone else having this problem or just me ?

Hey denise, the error is on yahoo's side, they are for some reason banning your ip address. Ry logging into yahoo.com or yahoo.aus or similar and see if that helps.

you might have a pop up blocker installed
