I'm excluding bathrooms in private houses. I mean places like restaurants, train stations, etc.

Let's see if it co-incides with the one I have in mind.

Ok...as we all know, when we brush our teeth, we suppose to spit on the sink right?
So there's this "educated" woman that makes her kids brush her teeth, turn around and spit on the toilet???
We rinse our toothbrush in the sink...so what's up with a spit in the sink,,, it only comes from our mouths?
Which of coarse when we brush our teeth with colgate, crest...etc Than that means that we are not only spitting our mouth germs but also the Fluoride, baking soda and peroxide! Well about two months ago Tyra Banks had a show based on germs with a scientist as a guest. They showed pictures of germs found in public places such as; starbucks counters, where feces and other bacteria was found. Also, some other places like shopping cart handles, cafeteria trays, public bathroom counters, faucets and door knobs...etc. These are many of the places where people place their hands on. *Sooo if we wash our hands on the sink, which obviously they are filled with germs and what not, what's wrong about spiting on the sink? I shouldn't even think about this because my mothers sink was alittle over $1000.00 and all my family spits on the sink, and I do live in Beverly Hills and I am educated...I don't think spitting on the sink is dirty but I am trying to prove a point to this woman...please support me with good answers, I appreciate it alot. Thanks!!!

Going to a Christmas party tonight at a Senior VP's house. Did not have time to get a host gift, do not have too much money, and as you can guess they probably have all the money in the world. What can I get that isn't too expensive, but doesn't scream "I'm cheap??" Don't have much time, just my lunch break to pick something up.

My boss is going to Israel next week for a business trip. Last time he went, he said he should have asked if I wanted anything. I was thinking about asking him to get me something this time, but don't want to make it sound rude. I am willing to pay. Is this too forward?

Are they just too lazy to get up and go to the restroom? I find this to be both rude and discusting!! Would it be wrong for me to say something to the person that does this? I mean, how can I actually enjoy or even eat my food when this is going on at the table next to me?!

I am having a one year old party for my little boy. On the invites I asked for no gifts. I know some people are bringing gifts anyway. Is it proper to open these gifts at the party? Will those who don't bring something feel bad? Would those bringing a gift feel bad if their gift is not openned in front of them?

This strong gigantic man, is shaped like the cartoon figure, Brutus (in Popeye). I am no Popeye, I am a short rather sinewy man. My sweetheart is a pretty chubby and much taller than me. Whenever Brutus meets us together he physically shoves me aside and asks my sweeheart, "What are you doing, dating this weakling pigmy?" My sweetheart also hates this kind of behavior and often tries to avoid his ugly overtures. The bully is huge and strong and perhaps can squeeze water out of stone! I dare not challenge him to a physical. What should I do to stop him?

I got a Christmas gift from my boss. We don't get along and I avoid her when I can. I didn't want to hurt her feelings by turning down the gift (she doesn't know I don't like her), after all we have to work together. She bought one for each of us (there are 3 of us total). My question..........do I have to buy her a gift in return? And if so, what? And how much?

He doesn't do a whole lot until asked, and he's a little nutty, but the guy has some thankless work. And sometimes he signs for my UPS packages. My rent is $950. Is more than $50 excessive?

"I hereby declareth that those citizens who do not uphold a 9-5 job may not enter the compounds of a fast-food restaurant between the hours of 11:30 and 12:30, Monday through Friday, so those of us who are restricted on our time (workers and students) can get in and out at a reasonable rate."

I'll accept revisions to this amendment if one is inclined.
