I would vote "yay" on this amendment, with one addition. "Citizens may only proceed through a coffee shop drive thru to purchase coffee only. Those wishing to purchase additional items, such as lunch for the enitre office or neighbourhood must exit their vehicle and proceed inside to make this transaction".

I think the hours should be amended to between 11:00 and 1:00, and there should be a clause that if people are getting food for a whole bunch of people they should go inside and stay out of the drive-thru!! (especially if they are paying separately). Otherwise I agree!!!!

i agree with one of the other answers that fast food establishments should have extra staffing at that time!!...i don't agree that only 9-5 people should be able to eat at a restraunt during lunch time....but i definately agree that restraunts should be prepared for the increase in business during lunch hour

how about adding "fast-food restaurants must provide extra staffing/cash registers during the aforementioned hours strictly to expedite workers and students on a restricted lunch schedule"

ditto. If you've got multiple orders then go inside. Just because you're the sad intern that has to go get everyone's lunch doesn't mean you get to drive through too.
