Yes it's pathetic, we gutted and remodeled our whole condo (in the middle got married) and were pre-packed to move a month after our wedding from CT to CA and never did, everything is still in high stacks of boxes in the garage, we never unpacked because we thought we were moving for business and it kept getting put off, my husband took a new job and we are finally moving locally in 2 weeks ( a year later)...
I want to send our an xmas card with some pics of the people from the wedding (the photog took great couples pics of almost everyone) with a card and a typed general letter to all. How do I lightly say I'm sorry?

We met in class, and now we hang out about once a week, and I'm clueless on what to get her for Christmas, i don't want it to be to little, but not overpowering as if we were friends for years. We've only known each other for a few months

We want to move the location of our Freezer. We must go down a Hallway and make a turn to the right. It is not possible to leave it in it's normal position, but will work if we turn it on it's end. Will this hurt the motor or compressor. The freezer is about 5 years old.

I think it is nicer to give someone my onlinerejection.com email address or give them the rejection hotline number rather than just shoot them down in person. At first I felt a little whimpy, but in the end, I think it is easier for them too. What do you think?

Dont they realise what they are missing?

Why suck on a carrot when you can have a big juicy steak?

Maybe there should be a special ward in the hospitals to cure them of their mental illness!!

I have co-worker that is crazy (really medication crazy), and she drives me insane. I am trying to understand that she is just crazy, but I cannot seem to get over it. My husband thinks that I am overly concerned with her. She can't stand perfume, warm temperatures, and is rude to waitresses whenever the office goes out for lunch. She is just one of those people who are loud, but cannot stand if someone else is loud. I cannot stand her. What shoud I do?

African Americans know what i'm talking about.

I personally believe that if a child under 10 or the person is elderly (over 70) asks, it 's excusable. If a teenager or adults asks, they deserve the gas face or worse.

I used to work with a guy who would answer my questions about the job by asking me a question. So i would go ask someone else, and they would tell me to go ask him. And, if he didn't know he would say you don't have to know why. Other people will drone on and on, ZZZZZZZ, just give me the friggin answer already.

The following is what I received in my email inbox from wildand5150:

Hello Mom of B & D (wfolks2002),

You have received a message from another user!

From: wildand5150

Subject: B & D

Message: I am also a mom of B & D (Breahna & Daniel), your username is not that unique, maybe you should change it.

How do I be polite, in the best way possible, in informing her to leave me the hell alone or kiss my ---? B & D are the nicknames for my two boys and that's why I came up with the profile of "Mom of B & D". I asked her if those are the initials for her kids, why didn't she chose it?

I've never been to a REAL company christmas party before, I am little nervous since it's for my fiance's company. I don't want to do anything inappropriate or appear to not have proper etiquette. Any tips on what I should expect or adivce on what I should do when I get there?

Mine: charging into the elevator before the people who want to get off can get off. The worst offenders act offended when you bump into them like it was your fault and how dare you be in thier way.

Thoughts on mine. . .what is yours?

When I was growing up, it was considered rude to phone during dinner, and no one made calls during times when it is reasonable that someone would be sleeping such as before 6:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. If a call was made during these hours it was an emergency (hospital, accident, fire), not did so and so return the widget to you at work. Is this still true today? Are the rules different if calling a home's landline or calling a personal cell phone?

i cant do it anymore.
she has like, severe personality disorder, i swear.
she is only mean and evil to me, for NO reason.
she says the meanest, nastiest little remarks to me and only me.
we used to be friends (kind of) but i started hanging out with her other friend at work, and i guess she's really jealous (thought i was taking her friend away from her??) I am in my 20's, she is 30 and is acting like this!!! Like a little kid!!!
she is making the workplace really uncomfortable for me (only me)
i've tried to talk to her but it doesnt work.
i dont want to to the the boss becuase we are adults and should be able to handle this on our own.
but it's not working.
all i want to do is punch her in the mouth.

I have 2 bosses - they hold the exact same position and I am their assistant. There are no other employees in our department so I share a good working relationship and friendship with both. I don't want to give them anything too big (would hate them to think they pay me too much! LOL) or make it look like I am kissing up... I just want to give them a small, thoughtful token because I really do appreciate all that I am learning from them.

When and how did just sticking up one finger up on your hand become such an obscene act? I was watching what Michael Vick did, and I got curious as to how this evolved. How did the middle finger get to represent that?

I look like I am about 25, but I am a bit older. I do not like personal questions. I was at a cosmetic counter buying consealer and the saleslady asked how old I was. I told her, " If I wanted everyone to know how old I am I would not be buying this stuff" A friend who was with me said I was rude. I think its rude to ask people over age 21 how old they are. Should I have lied to her?

In the past few years, I've noticed that so many parents take their children everywhere rather than get a babysitter. Examples include adult-only weddings, late-night movies, bars, and sporting events. And I don't mean older children, I mean babies and toddlers.
Why can't people nowadays leave the kids at home?
If my parents couldn't find a babysitter, then they stayed home themselves instead of bringing me along. If a person isn't comfortable with any sitter, then why choose to take the child to a late-night movie?Bottom line -don't take your baby to a movie - if I want to hear a crying baby during the middle of my viewing, I'll babysit and watch the film on DVD.
I think it's part of an epidemic of lack of respect for others. Past 10 years, people have adopted an "I don't care how it affects others, I'm going to do what I want"
type of attitude. It sucks. And THEN they(selfish parents) complain that people are rude....What a joke

But i'm eighteen though!!!
It gets annoying, 'oh but you look young though'

I never asked.
Or should i carry glitter around and throw it into peoples eyes and say
'pixie dust to restore your sight.'
