Yes, they should. If they don't comply, they should be thrown to the lions, just like the Christians. I'd pay to see that.

I think you'll find most vegetarians have eaten meat at some point in their lives. I was a meat eater for 32 years, gave up meat about 8 months ago, just because I found it had all started to taste the same and really bland. I wouldn't dream of eating it again now.
Ask around, and you'll find that a lot of people say meat has lost the flavour it used to have because of all the preservatives and treatment that it gets before hitting the supermarket shelves - good butchers are few and far between. I have all the cheese and chocolate I need to keep me happy - who needs meat?!

The whole planet would benefit if it was the opposite.
We would live in a planet violence, deforestation , famine free and the hospitals with much less patient, since most of those problems and diseases are caused by the consumption of meat.
Also we , vegetarians, don't like to eat meat because there is not difference between the meat of animals and of the humans; blood, bone, skin, fat... to eat an animal is like to eat a child.

Maybe meat eaters should be forced to go to a slaughter house and see that animal they're planning on eating getting butchered first! Maybe then that carrot would start looking pretty darn yummy! There should be a ward in the hospital for animal eaters! Atleast we don't have to KILL our meals before we eat them!! Who has the mental problems?
I am part of a family of 6 - I do cook white meat for them and bacon but the thought of where it comes from grosses me out so bad I can't eat it! I LOVE salads and vegi's!!

I'd force them only if they tried to force me not to eat meat. As for incarcerating them - we do that only when an acute mental illness threatens harm to life or property. These twits aren't hurting anyone, and probably are well aware of what it is they're missing. I say more power to them - that just leaves more steak for you and me! Hey, pass the Worchestershire sauce, willya?

Of course not!
Should meat eaters be forced to be vegetarian? Of course not.
Should the X-Men 3 have accepted their mutant cure? Of course not!
Each to his own and variety is what makes us so interesting.
My only "prejudice" is very closed minded people. And I'm sure I could debate with myself on that statement too. But I can't be arsed!

Vegetarians are not mentally ill. And I don't eat meat because I don't like it, I hate the taste so I don't eat it. Simple.
I bet you're one of those people who shove meat in a vegetarians face, if you do then you suck.

I don't think they should.Everyone has a right to eat what they like,so why should they be forced into doing something they don't.
I do think though, that a child of vegetarians should be given the choice of eating meat.

Different ppl have different tastes. It's not a mental issue.
There are probably ppl who would say the reverse of what you just said.
Anyway, there are many ppl who were not vegetarians from birth so they do know what they are missing.
How would you like to be forced to eat something you choose not to eat? Like carrots?
LOL!

No they should not be forced to do anything they don't want to, its their choice not to eat meat and you shouldn't force your principles on them just like they shouldn't force theirs on you, they don't have a mental illness, they have a choice of lifestyle that's all, I couldn't live without my bacon butty at a weekend or a nice chicken salad but I am sure they can, their choice.
