I have 2 bosses - they hold the exact same position and I am their assistant. There are no other employees in our department so I share a good working relationship and friendship with both. I don't want to give them anything too big (would hate them to think they pay me too much! LOL) or make it look like I am kissing up... I just want to give them a small, thoughtful token because I really do appreciate all that I am learning from them.

Find something they really like. For example my boss loved Hot sauce, so I got her a gift pack of 6 differently flavoured hot sauces, she loved it! Or go coffee or hot cocoa.

Restaurant gift cards are nice and given where I work. We also take a collection up from the entire company and then donate it to a charity.

Think about what they like - coffee, tea, candles, a particular type of music, books... and get each one a small gift like that, or a gift card to somewhere like Starbucks, Barnes and Noble (book and music store), Target... or something like that.

Gift cards are good---that way they can buy what they want---if they like books get a Barnes and Noble or Borders, if they like coffee get a Starbucks, if they are female and like lotions get Bath and Body Works.....etc...etc....good luck!!

If you know their tastes in music, CDs are always safe. Even if they have a particular one already, they can keep one in the car and the other at home.

Gas cards. I know it may sound cheesy, but depending how far they commute and how much gas is in your area, free gas would be much appreciated.
