I have co-worker that is crazy (really medication crazy), and she drives me insane. I am trying to understand that she is just crazy, but I cannot seem to get over it. My husband thinks that I am overly concerned with her. She can't stand perfume, warm temperatures, and is rude to waitresses whenever the office goes out for lunch. She is just one of those people who are loud, but cannot stand if someone else is loud. I cannot stand her. What shoud I do?

I did not explain myself properly. She works with various types of people, and the people wear perfumes and she turns the temp. down on the company thermostat when she gets hot, and she does not bother to ask if anyone is cold. She is really loud and obnoxious. She has went to another co-workers desk and blew out her candle. She told the girl,"I just can't take it." The girl was new to the job, but I was humiliated for the girl because it was not like the candle had a bad aroma. She just can't stand the perfume, but she does not seem to have a problem with cologne.(Wierd) She always has problems understanding policy, and she gives bad information to our clients. She has actually went to help others (without someone asking her to), and made mistakes with their clients, because she wanted to "help". She is just crazy!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, I have worked with this person! After 2 months of torturing myself with this- I just stopped talking about and refused to give her that power to drive me insane. It's tough to do...but it worked. (Now I just laugh and think..."It sucks to be her!")

certain I truly have an annoying and infrequently obnoxious coworker. This human being laughs so loud, I swear i'll hearken to them when I are available the decrease back door of our progression. they're very effective, despite the indisputable fact that they imagine they recognize each and every thing and experience they might want to do each and every thing for easily everyone no matter if that isn't any longer their job. I purely attempt to ignore it...fortunately i do not might want to artwork w/the guy actual usually.

No matter where you work there is going to be that 1 co-worker that is going to get on your LAST nerve.I think your co worker just likes alot of attention and the only way to deal with her is to minimize the time that you are around her and she will soon get the picture that she is only making people not want to be around her.

If you work for a major company they should have a program for employees to be evaluated by a psychiatrist. I would recommend her for psychiatric evaluation. However, do this annonimously. You don't want there to be a scandal at the office.

If she is very close to your heart or you want to care for her......... then make her understand that she shd change a bit more.. make her understand ...

If u dont care for her... then jus start ignoring her or dont have too much of conversations....

thats it!!!

Just stay away from her. There isn't really much you can do.
